Let rest for 10 minutes before serving. This may also be made in a slow cooker overnight. In a medium sized pot add in
1 Cup (100g) brown rice
3 Cups (710mL) unsweetened vanilla almond milk
1 1/2 Tbsp (22mL) low-calorie/calorie-free pancake syrup
1 Tsp vanilla extract
2 Tsp (8g) sugar substitute
1/2 Tsp ground cinnamon
Mix until combined
Turn your burner up to medium and bring to a rolling boil
Once you have a boil cover and reduce to a simmer for one hour
Occasionally stir your rice pudding
Serve hot
Macros (per cup): 120 Calories, 2.75g Fat, 22g Carbs (2g fiber), 2.5g Protein

Ingredients and recipe:
Crack 2 eggs into a bowl
Add some salt and black pepper
Mix well
Chop 1 green onion
Add to the bowl
Sprinkle some mozzarella cheese
Mix well
Add 200g cooked rice to a bowl
Pour the egg into the bowl
Medium-low heat
Pour olive oil into a pan
Scoop some of the rice into the pan
Fry for 3-5 minutes on medium-low heat
Flip over and fry for another 2-3 minutes
Done!

OLD SCHOOL BIG COUNTRY BREAKFAST SEGMENT/OLD SCHOOL SWEET BUTTERED RICE
This is the way i grew up eating rice for breakfast
Its very easy and simple to make
Recipe:
2 cups long grain rice
4 cups water
4 oz salted butter
1 cup granulated sugar
place water and rice in large pot
boil for 15-18 minutes or until its done and water is completely absorbed
Stir in butter and sugar and cover and let sit 15 minutes
Enjoy with scrambled eggs and pan sausage
