How To make Breast Of Chicken Aloha
2 Breasts Of Chicken
1/2 Tsp Salt
1/2 Tsp Allspice
1/2 Tsp Pepper
1/2 C Coconut Milk -- divided
1/2 C Shredded Coconut Meat
2 Eggs
1/2 C Clarified Butter
2 ea Pineapple Rings, Sugar-Glazed
for garnish
1 C Cooked Wild Rice :
for serving
<SAUCE> 1 Chicken Legs :
cut up
Bones From Chicken Breasts 1/2 tsp Paprika
2 tbsp Olive Oil
1/2 C Mushroom Stems And Pieces
1 tbsp Flour
1/2 C Sour Cream
1/2 C Brown Gravy
Salt And Pepper Lemon Juice
Season chicken with salt, allspice, and freshly ground pepper, then wet it with coconut milk. Let it settle for a few hours. Toast coconut until light brown. One hour before using, make egg batter of 2 eggs and 1/3 cup of coconut milk. Roll chicken in the toasted coconut, then dip in egg batter, and fry in clarified butter in a skillet untill golden brown, approximately 25 minutes.
Serves 2
To Make Coconut milk:
Grate the meat from a quarter of a fresh cocunut. Pour 1 cup hot milk over it and let stand 1 hour. Strain through 2 thicknesses of cheesecloth and squeeze dry. Makes 1 cup.
To Clarify butter:
Melt butter in small pan over low heat. Pour off the clear golden liquid and discard the milky sediment remaining in the pan.
FOR THE SAUCE:
Cut leg of chicken and breast bones in pieces. Heat oil with paprika in frying pan; add chicken and cook slowly, covered for 30 mminutes, turning once or twice. Add mushroom stems and cook 10 minutes more. Then add flour, smoothing it in to prevent lumps. Add sour cream and cook slowly do not let it boil :
until juices are well-mixed. Add brown gravy, boil, and season with salt, pepper, and lemon juice. Strain and serve with the breasts. Serve on silver platter topped with a sugar glazed pineapple ring and garnished with wild rice.

Ein schnelles und einfaches Rezept für leckere Hähnchenbrust. ???? Zubereitung in 10 Minuten ‼️ Unglaublich schnelles und einfaches Hühnchen-Dinner! Es ist so lecker, dass ich es fast jeden Tag koche!
Kochen Sie mit Freude, liebe Freunde!
1. 3 Hähnchenbrust.
2. Salz und Pfeffer.
3. 3 EL Butter.
4. 1/3 Tasse Mehl.
5. Hühnchen in Mehl wenden und den Überschuss abschütteln.
6. Bei mittlerer Hitze 5-6 Minuten braten, bis sie goldbraun sind.
7. Drehen Sie das Huhn um und braten Sie es weitere 4 Minuten.
8. Fügen Sie ½ EL Butter und 4 gehackte Knoblauchzehen hinzu.
9. 1/3 Tasse Ahornsirup oder Honig.
10. 1 EL Sojasauce und 1 ½ EL Apfelessig.
11. 2-3 min köcheln lassen.

WHOLE CHICKEN HAMONADO (Sarap to the bones!) (Whole Chicken Fry in Filipino Style)
Chicken Hamonado is a Filipino dish made by cooking a whole chicken with pineapple juice, soy source, black pepper, bay leaf , searing, brown sugar, oyster sauce, pineapple chunks, minced onion, minced garlic and salt. Chicken Hamonado or chicken in pineapple sauce, is very easy to make and scrumptious. The best part of this recipe is you don’t have to cook this in oven. You just need a deep wok or pan with lid ( a little bit of patience) and it’s good to go! #chickenhamonado #filipinorecipe

INGREDIENTS:
✔️1 kilo whole chicken
✔️2 cups pineapple juice (unsweetened)
✔️3 tablespoon soy sauce
✔️1/2 teaspoon black pepper
✔️1 large onion (chopped)
✔️4 cloves garlic (minced)
✔️2 tablespoon oyster sauce
✔️1 tablespoon brown sugar
✔️salt to taste
✔️5 to 6 pineapple slices (or chunks)
✔️oil for searing
PROCEDURE
1. Combine pineapple juice, soy sauce and black pepper. Mix well. Pour over the chicken. Add bay leaf. Marinate for at least 6 hours or overnight.
2. After marinating, drain from the marinade. Then sear all sides of the chicken until brown. Heat 2 tbsp. oil in pan and sear the chicken. Turn to cook each side. After browning, set aside.
3. In the same pan, saute’ onion and garlic. then put back the chicken. Add the reserved marinade. Add oyster sauce and brown sugar. Simmer for 15 minutes in low heat.
4. After 15 minutes, turn the chicken to cook the other side. Simmer for another 10 minutes low heat.
5. After 10 minutes, add the pineapple slices and its juice. Then start basting the chicken (scoop some sauce and pour over the chicken as you cook). Cook the chicken until the sauce thickens (medium heat).
6. Once the sauce is reduced, add salt to taste. Simmer for a minute then remove from heat.
