There are so many reasons these two-bite hors d’oeuvres need to make an appearance at your next party. They’re made using only seven ingredients and are 100% vegetarian, so everyone can enjoy them. We use a food processor when preparing them, so it’s a breeze to pull them together before a party. Lastly, you can make them in advance and freeze them until you intend to serve, a dream for any busy host. Oh, and the most important reason - these BAKED CHEDDAR OLIVES are mighty tasty!

Sausage, Bacon, Olive Cheddar Loaf
Hello
If you're looking for something different to take to brunch, lunch or potluck, look no further. This recipe is great to use up leftovers in the fridge or freezer and you can change up the meat and or cheese to make a new tasty treat every time. I was lucky to be gifted a loaf from a dear friend. I had to try it for myself and share this recipe with you.

Sausage, Bacon, Olive Cheddar Loaf
100g Black Olives Sliced
100g Green Olives sliced
3 Tbsp. Parsley
1 Onion chopped
100g Ham or Bacon cooked & chopped (I used Canadian Bacon)
200g Chouriço cooked and chopped
150g Cheese (I used Marble)
1 Tsp. Baking Powder
2 1/2 Cups Flour
1/2 Salt
4 Eggs
5oz White wine
110 ml Olive Oil
Cook onions ham and sausage and set aside too cool. Be sure to drain off any extra oil on a paper towel.
Chop/Slice Olives & parsley.
Shred Cheese
In a large bowl Whisk wine, Oil and eggs.
In a separate bowl mix flour, Salt & Baking Powder. then stir into egg mixture.
Add all the ingredients together and mix.
Pour into prepared loaf pan and bake for 45mins at 350* or until golden brown.

BROCCOLI CHEDDAR WITH BAKED POTATOES ????
Ingredients:
????Medium russet potatoes - 2 tbsp. ????Extra-virgin olive oil - 3 tbsp. ????Unsalted butter, melted 1/2 c.
????Sour cream 2 c.
????Cheddar, grated, divided - 2 c. ????Steamed broccoli, finely chopped
????1/2 tsp. onion powder
????Kosher salt
????Freshly ground black pepper
????Milk, warm - 1/4 c
Preparation:
1️⃣ Preheat oven to 425 degrees F.
2️⃣ Poke potatoes all over with a fork and rub with olive oil. Bake until soft, about 1 hour. Let rest until cool enough to handle, 15 minutes.
3️⃣ Slice potatoes half, then scoop out most of the flesh into a large bowl. Mash together with butter, sour cream, 1½ c. cheddar, and broccoli. Mix in onion powder, then season with salt and pepper.
4️⃣ Pour in warm milk and mix to combine.
5️⃣ Divide filling among 8 potato halves, then sprinkle with remaining cheddar. Bake in oven until filling is warmed through and cheese is bubbly, 15 minutes more.

How To Make Savoury BBQ Pork, Cheddar, and Olive Soda Bread - Recipe
An easy to create soda bread that can take on the role of a main dish for dinner. Just add a salad.
INGREDIENTS
1 egg
1 cup yogurt
1/4 cup butter, melted
2 1/2 cups flour
1 tbsp sugar
1 tsp baking soda
1/2 tsp salt
8 oz (230g) BBQ pork (or ham), chopped 1/4” (5mm)
7 oz (200g) cheddar cheese, chopped 1/4” (5mm)
1/4 cup sliced green olives
1/4 cup sliced black olives
DIRECTIONS
1. In a large bowl, whisk the egg. Whisk in the yogurt and melted butter.
2. Combine flour, sugar, baking soda, and salt. Mix into the wet ingredients.
3. Add pork, cheddar, and olives. Use wet hands to work the ingredients into the dough - lightly kneading the dough.
4. Place dough into two pound cake loaf pans that have been lined with cooking paper.
5. Bake at 350°F (180°C) for 1 hour. Do the toothpick test.

2 cups (8 ounces) cheddar cheese, coarsely grated
1/2 cup butter (1 stick) softened
1 cup flour
1 teaspoon paprika
24 large pimento stuffed olives
Preheat oven to 400 F.
Place on lined baking sheet
Bake 10 to 15 minutes, until golden brown
