How To make Broiled Salmon with Lime& Cilantro
1/2 c Cilantro leaves,finely chopp
1 Garlic clove,lg,fine chopped
2 tb Lime juice
1 tb Olive oil
1/2 ts Salt
4 Salmon steaks,3/4" thick
1. Combine cilantro, garlic, lime juice, oil and salt
in bowl. Reserve 2 tablespoons. Pour remainder over fish on plate. Let stand, covered, 10 minutes. 2. Spray broiler rack with nonstick cooking spray.
Place salmon on rack. Brush with 1 tablespoons marinade. 3. Broil 6" from heat for 3-4 minutes. Turn steaks
over. Brush with remaining tablespoon marinade. Broil 3 more minutes or until cooked through.

CILANTRO LIME AIR FRYER SALMON
This salmon is so tasty and gives it that summer flair. We love to cook our salmon in the air fryer. It’s quick, easy, and comes out perfect every time. Air fryer is set to 390 for 15 minutes. We’ve eaten our salmon the same way for so long, this was a nice and refreshing change. We paired this with simple green beans for an easy weeknight dinner. Seb loved it per usual. Grilled Salmon with Honey, Lime, & Soy Marinade [2020]
How to cook salmon on the grill with one of our favorite marinade recipes!
In this video, we show you how to grill a whole salmon fillet. During these times, it's nice to step outside once in a while, so why not bust out the grill! (With the cast iron grill, you are able to cook indoors too.)
OTHER VARIATIONS:
-Chicken or Beef: Same ingredients except using chicken/beef (replace sesame seed oil with olive oil if you like!). Marinate for 8-12 hours then grill till 165F internal for chicken or your desire on beef (I prefer 120F internal).
INGREDIENTS:
3-4 filets of salmon
1/2 cup of soy sauce
1/4 cup of honey
4-5 pressed garlic cloves
1.5 tbsp of sesame seed oil
1 lime zested & juiced
sesame seeds + green onions for garnish.
