How To make Broken Window Glass Cake
1 package (3 oz) orange Jell-o
1 package (3 oz) cherry Jell-o
1 package (3 oz) lime Jell-o
3 cups boiling water
1 1/2 cups cold water
1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs
1/3 cup butter -- melted
1 package (3 oz) lemon Jell-o
1/4 cup sugar
1 cup boiling water
1/2 cup pineapple juice, canned
1 container (8 oz) Cool Whip Topping, thawed OR
1 packet Dream Whip -- prepared
Prepare the orange, cherry and lime Jell-o's separately, dissolving each in 1 cup of the boiling water and adding 1/2 cup of the cold water. Pour each flavor into separate 8" square pan. Chill until firm, at least 3 hours or overnight. Cut into 1/2" cubes. Mix crumbs with butter. Set aside about 1/4 cup for garnish, if desired, and press remaining crumb mixture evenly over bottom and up sides to within 1" from top of 9" springform or tube pan. Chill. Dissolve lemon Jell-o and sugar in 1 cup boiling water; add pineapple juice. Chill until slightly thickened. Blend in whipped topping. Fold in Jell-o cubes. Spoon into crumb-lined pan. Chill overnight or until firm. Just before serving, run a spatula around sides of pan; then gently remove sides. Garnish with reserved crumbs or with additional whipped topping and flaked coconut, tinted, if desired.

No baking required for this cake! Your favourite jelly flavours are set and then cut into cubes. When combined in the same mould with a condensed sweetened milk mixture, the result is a stained glass cake that makes the perfect summer treat.
Go even easier on yourself and use pre-made jelly, if you like. Or if you want to switch up the flavours and colours, the sky's the limit!
TIP: If you don't have powdered gelatine to hand, you can use leaf gelatine. Simply follow the instructions on the packet and use the number of leaves needed to set 1100ml of liquid. Depending on the type of leaf gelatine you have, you will need somewhere around 12 leaves. Follow the packet instructions to dissolve the gelatine leaves before adding to the milk and cream mixture.

Broken Glass Jello | Fun and Easy recipe
Here is a delicious new dessert for the New Year. So easy and fun to make and doesn't require many ingredients. Even something fun for the kids to make themselves. (if they're old enough)
Ingredients
~ 3 oz of 4 different colors of jello (you can use any flavor you like)
~ 2 packets of unflavored gelatin
~ 1 can of sweetened condensed milk
You will need 3 oz of jello and I'm using 4 different colors for a festive look. You can also use 2 colors and just double the amount of jello. If you cant find a 3oz box of jello for the desired flavor, just buy the 6oz and split it and save the rest for another time.
Start by mixing the jello colors in a bowl with 1 cup of boiling hot water and mix until completely dissolved. I suggest lightly spraying the bowls with cooking spray to make it easier to remove. place in fridge for at least 3 hrs or overnight.
Once its set, mix your 2 packets of gelatin with 2 cups of boiling hot water and whisk until fully dissolved- then add 1 can of sweetened condensed milk and mix again until fully incorporated. Set aside allowing to cool completely. (If it’s not cooled completely-the other stiffened jello will start to melt once combined)
Remove the color jello from the bowls and cut into small pieces. Any size or shape. No need for perfection. Scatter the colors throughout a serving dish (also sprayed with cooking spray). You can use individual cups or different shapes. I used a regular 3 by 9 Pyrex glass dish.
Once cut up, place back in to the refrigerator while you wait for the condensed milk mixture to cool.
Once its completely cool, pour over jello and using a spoon, mix lightly so all the colors are visible and place back in the fridge for 2-3 hrs or overnight.
