Ingredients:
1 + 1/2 cups warm water (370ml).
2 tbsp dry yeast (10g).
4 cups flour (500g).
1 tsp salt.
Cover with lid and Bake at 220°C / 428°F for 30 minutes. Then remove lid and bake another 15 to 20 minutes.

Whole Wheat Bread
Recipe in English:
Ingredients:
-Pani (Water) lukewarm 3/4 Cup
-Brown sugar powdered 1 tbs
-Khameer (Instant yeast) 2 tsp
-Chakki ka atta (Whole wheat flour) sifted 1 & ½ Cup
-Brown sugar powdered 1 tbs
-Namak (Salt) ½ tsp
-Olive oil 2 tbs
-Anda (Egg) 1 (room temperature)
-Chakki ka atta (Whole wheat flour) sifted 1 Cup
-Olive oil 1 tsp
-Doodh (Milk) 2 tbs
-Olive oil 1 tsp
Directions:
-In small jug,add lukewarm water,brown sugar and mix well.
-Add instant yeast and mix,cover and let it rest for 10 minutes.
-In bowl,add whole wheat flour,brown sugar,salt and mix well.
-Add olive oil,egg,yeast mixture and mix well for 8-10 minutes.
-Gradually add whole wheat flour and knead well.
-Add olive oil and knead until dough is smooth.
-Cover and let it proof for 45 minutes or until double in size (warm place).
-Grease hands with oil and knead dough again until smooth & fold according to pan size.
-Grease 9 x 3 inch loaf pan with olive oil and place prepared dough and let it proof for 30 minutes or until double in size (warm place).
-In milk,add olive oil,mix well and brush over the dough.
-Bake in preheated oven at 180 C for 20-25 minutes (makes 1 bread loaf).
-After baking,let it cool and cut into slices & serve!

-Chotay jug mein neem garam pani aur brown sugar dal ker ache tarhan mix ker lein.
-Khameer dal ker mix karein aur dhak ker 10 minutes kliya rakh dein.
-Bowl mein chakki ka atta aur brown sugar dal ker ache tarhan mix ker lein.
-Olive oil,anda aur yeast mixture dal ker 8-10 minutes kliya ache tarhan mix ker lein.
-Thora thora ker ka chakki ka atta shamil karein aur ache tarhan ghond lein.
-Olive oil dal dein aur dough ko smooth hunay tak ghond lein.
-Dhak dein aur 45 minutes ya size double hunay tak garam jagha per rakh dein.
-Haathon ko oil sa grease karein aur dough ko smooth hunay tak dubara ghond lein aur pan size ka hesab sa fold ker lein.
-9 x 3 inch loaf pan ko olive oil sa grease karein aur tayyar dough rakh ker 30 minutes ya size double hunay tak garam jagha per rakh dein.
-Doodh mein olive oil dal ker ache tarhan mix karein aur dough ka upper laga lein.
-Preheated oven mein 180 C per 20-25 minutes kliya bake ker lein (makes 1 bread loaf).
-Baking ka bad thanda ker lein aur slices mein cur ker lein & serve karein!

To Make Bread Upma
Ghee - 1 Tsp
Oil - 2 Tsp
Mustard Seeds - 1/2 Tsp
Cumin Seeds - 1/2 Tsp
Curry Leaves
Chopped Ginger
Onion - 1 No. Finely Chopped
Green Chill - 2 Nos
Potato - 1 No. Finely Chopped
Beans - 5 Nos Finely Chopped
Carrot - 1 No. Finely Chopped
Tomato - 2 Nos Chopped
Salt - 1 Tsp
Turmeric Powder - 1/2 Tsp
Kashmiri Chili Powder - 2 Tsp
Water
Toasted Bread Pieces
Juice Of 1/2 Lemon
Chopped Coriander Leaves
Method:
Toast the bread slices and let them cool
Cut the bread slices into bite sized pieces and keep them aside
Heat a pan with some oil and add mustard seeds and let it splutter
Add cumin seeds and curry leaves and fry them
Add onions, green chilies, ginger and saute the onions till they are golden in color
Add potatoes, carrots, beans and saute till they are completely cooked
Add tomatoes and cook them till they are soft (sprinkle some water if necessary)
Add turmeric powder, chili powder, salt and mix well
Once the tomatoes are cooked, add the chopped bread pieces and mix well
Finally, add the lemon juice and coriander leaves and mix well
Serve the bread upma hot

Easy Simple Whole Wheat Bread - Ready in 90 Minutes
INGREDIENTS:
2 cups whole wheat flour
1/2 cup bread flour or all-purpose flour
2 teaspoons (1 packet / 7 grams) yeast: instant or active dry
2 Tablespoons sugar
1 teaspoon salt
1 cup milk, heated to 120-130° F for instant yeast (or 110-120°F for active dry)
2 Tablespoons olive oil (or any vegetable oil)
1 egg
about 1/4 cup additional bread flour

Perfect Brown Bread (Without Oven) | Easy Whole Wheat Bread Recipe | Life with Amna
A Perfect like a Original Brown Bread Recipe Without Oven at Home. A Easy Whole Wheat Bread Recipe by Life with Amna.
Ingredients:
Wheat Flour 2+1/2 Cup or 300gm
Wheat Bran 1/4 Cup or 15gm
Salt 1/2 tsp
Instant Yeast 1 tbsp
Oil 2 tbsp
Warm Water as You Required
Direction:
Step 1: Take a bowl add Wheat Flour, Wheat Bran, Salt, Instant Yeast and mix it well. Now knead it with low Warm Water for 15 minutes.
Step 2: Now dust dry wheat flour on the slab and roll the dough (Shape into Bread Size) now take a bread mould and Grease it with oil and put this dough and Sprinkle the Wheat bran and Rise it for 2 hours.
Step 3: Now Preheat the Patila/Cooker/Pot for 10 minutes on High Flame.
Step 4: After that Bake it for 30 minutes on medium to low flame (Already Preheated for 10 minutes on high flame). After that Your Brown Bread is ready. Now rest it until it become into room temperature and then cut into slices.
For Oven: Preheat for 30 minutes on 200c to 250c and bake for 20 to 30 minutes on 200c.
