How To make Brownies(Radis)
-Elaine Radis, BGMB90B 2 Egg
1 pk Chocolate alba
1/2 c Applesauce
2 tb Cocoa
1/2 ts Baking powder
1/2 ts Baking soda
2 pk Sweet & low
Put all ingredients in a blender and mix well. Spray 2 mini-loaf pans with Pam and pour in batter. Bake at
350 for 18 min. Don't over bake. Should be chewy.
EACH SERVING: 1P, 1B, 1/2M AND 14 CAL.

INGREDIENTS:
●1 package Simply Organic Cocoa Biscotti Mix
●2 large eggs
●5 tablespoons melted, unsalted butter
Aimi's Kitchen - Chocolate Fudge Brownies
There are so many ways of making brownies! In this video, I'm going to show you how to make chocolate fudge brownies. It's cakey on the outside, but gooey on the inside. The trick to making great brownies is not to over-bake it. Otherwise, it'll just be a cake recipe :)
As directed by my pastry chef sister, here is the recipe:
Ingredients:
170g salted butter
100g dark chocolate
150g light brown sugar
3 eggs
40g plain flour
10g cocoa powder
white chocolate chunks/raisins/nuts (whatever you want :) )
Method:
1. Reheat oven 180°C
2. Melt butter and dark chocolate together
3. Add the sugar and whisk it together
4. Add 3 eggs and whisk until the mixture is combined
5. Add flour and cocoa powder and stir until the mixture is all combined, then add in white chocolate chunks
6. Pour the batter into a brownies tin
7. Bake for 15 minutes (we initially put 25minutes but I think that was too long). The middle might look too soft but it will harden once cooled.
Let the brownies cool in the tin before cutting. Don't do like me who cut the brownies while it was still piping hot! Because it will break as it doesn't have a chance to cool down :)
Tip:
You can melt the butter and chocolate into a microwave if it's easier. But do it at small time intervals like every 30 seconds or so, and then take it out and stir before putting it back into the microwave, just so that you don't burn the chocolate. Butter is also easier to melt if you cut it into pieces first.

Hot Cross Spiced Brownies
Difficulty: Easy
Time: 1 hour
Number of servings: 16 pieces
Necessary Equipment:
15cm (6inch) square cake pan
Ingredients:
150g (5.3oz.) milk chocolate
100g (3.5oz.) butter
2 eggs
50g (1.8oz.) sugar (or brown sugar)
A
* 100g (3.5oz.) cake flour (I think all purpose flour is ok)
* 2 tbsp. cocoa powder
* 1/2 tsp. baking powder
* 1/2 tsp. cinnamon powder
* 1/2 tsp. ginger powder
* 1/4 tsp. nutmeg powder
100g (3.5oz.) mixed dried fruit (you can soak in 2 tbsp. of rum overnight if you like)
50g (1.8oz.) walnuts
40g (1.4oz.) white chocolate
Directions:
1. Line the cake pan with parchment paper. Preheat the oven to 170C (338F).
2. Place butter and chocolate (broken into pieces) in a bowl. Melt them in a double boiler over hot water (60C/140F). Leave to cool slightly but not harden.
3. In a different bowl, beat eggs, add sugar, and mix well.
4. Add the egg mixture into the chocolate mixture little by little and mix well.
5. Sift in A and gently mix with a wire whisk or a spatula until combined.
6. Add mixed dried fruit and walnuts, then fold in with a spatula.
7. Pour and spread the batter into the cake pan. Drop the pan lightly on the counter to raise the air bubbles out of the batter. Bake at 170C (338F) for 25-30 minutes.
8. Place the cake pan on a wire rack until you can handle it. Then remove the cake from the pan and place it on a wire rack to cool completely.
9. Cut the brownie into 16 squares. Melt white chocolate in a pastry bag. Snip off the end, then draw the crosses on the brownies.
