1/2 teaspoon Ground Cumin
1 cup milk
3 ozs Cream Cheese
1/3 cup salsa
1 1/2 cups Grated Cheddar Cheese
EGG FILLING
8 Eggs
1/2 teaspoon Salt
1/2 teaspoon Black Pepper
12 oz Maple Sausage Cooked (reserve 1/4 cup)
12 oz Bacon Cooked (reserve 1/4 cup)
1/2 cup Grated Cheddar Cheese
8 Flour tortillas

The best recipes of your day: easy to prepare
INGREDIENTS:
1 pound cooked ham, chopped
3/4 cup sliced green onions
3/4 cup chopped green bell peppers
3 cups shredded Cheddar cheese, divided
10 (7 inch) flour tortillas
5 eggs, beaten
2 cups half-and-half cream
1/2 cup milk
1 tablespoon all-purpose flour
1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
1 dash hot pepper sauce
Directions
Place ham in food processor, and pulse until finely ground. Mix together ham, green onions, and green peppers. Spoon 1/3 cup of the ham mixture and 3 tablespoons shredded cheese onto each tortilla, then roll up. Carefully place filled tortillas, seam side down, in a greased 9x13 baking dish.
In a medium bowl, mix together eggs, cream, and milk, flour, garlic powder, and hot pepper sauce. Pour egg mixture over tortillas. Cover, and refrigerate overnight.
The next morning, preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
Bake, uncovered, in preheated oven for 50 to 60 minutes, or until set. Sprinkle casserole with remaining 1 cup shredded cheese. Bake about 3 minutes more, or until cheese melts. Let stand a least 10 minutes before serving.
Skyline Chili Breakfast Enchiladas Recipe

Ingredients:
o 15 oz of Skyline Chili
o 1/2 Cup chopped white onion
o 2 1/2 Cups Skyline shredded cheddar cheese
o 1 can red beans, rinsed and drained
o 8 (8 inch) flour tortillas
o 1 1/4 Cup half-and-half
o 4 large eggs
o 1/2 Teaspoon salt
o 1 Tablespoon flour
o Skyline Hot Sauce, sour cream, salsa are optional for serving
Recipe:
If baking the same day, preheat the oven to 350 degrees
Coat a 9x13 inch baking dish with nonstick cooking spray.
Mix together the chili, beans, onions, and 2 Cups of the cheese in a medium bowl.
Scoop 1/3 Cup of the chili mixture onto each tortilla. Roll up tortilla and place seam side down in the baking dish.
Whisk together the half-and-half, eggs, salt, and flour. Pour egg mixture over tortillas.
If making the day before, cover and refrigerate overnight.
If baking the same day, put into oven.
Bake, covered, for 35 minutes. Remove foil and sprinkle remaining 1/2 Cup of cheese over enchiladas. Bake uncovered for 10 more minutes or until tops are golden brown and the egg mixture is set.
Serve with Skyline hot sauce, sour cream, salsa, or additional onions.
