1/2 c SHORTENING
1/2 c SUGAR
1 ts SALT
2 pk YEAST
2 x EGGS, BEATEN
5 c FLOUR
1/2 c SUGAR - ADDITIONAL
1/2 c brOWN SUGAR
1 tb CINNAMON
1/2 c MELTED MARGARINE
1/2 c CHOPPED NUTS (OPTIONAL)
MIX MILK, SHORTENING, SALT AND 1/2 CUP SUGAR IN A BOWL. LET COOL TO LUKEWARM. SPRINKLE YEAST OVER THE MIXTURE. ADD EGGS AND 4 CUPS FLOUR. MIX INTO A SOFT DOUGH. ADD FLOUR TO KEEP FROM STICKING. TURN OUT ONTO FLOURED BOARD AND KNEAD FOR 8 TO 10 MINUTES. PLACE IN GREASED BOWL, TURNING ONCE, COVER AND LET STAND TILL DOUBLED. PUNCH DOWN AND LET SIT FOR 2 MINUTES. COMBINE REMAINING SUGAR, CINNAMON AND brOWN SUGAR. brEAK DOUGH INTO WALNUT SIZED BALLS. ROLL IN MELTED MARGARINE AND THEN IN CINNAMON MIX. PLACE BALLS IN GREASED TUBE PAN. LET RISE ABOUT 45 MINUTES. BAKE AT 350 DEG F. FOR 40 MINUTES. NOTE: SERVE BY LETTING EVERYONE brEAK OFF PIECES RATHER THAN CUTTING. -----

Note
- I have used 240ml of milk. But After kneading 10 ml was left out. But I mentioned 240 ml in the ingredients.
-You can skip raisins if you want. But I recommend not to skip as it tastes good.
- Bake in a preheated oven for 20-22 minutes at 180 °C.

This is a bread with a bubble design. It is made from 2 pieces of dough: the main dough is presented in my previous video 65% hydration sourdough bread ( and the second one is made with discarded sourdough and cocoa powder.

Ingredients for the wrap dough (at 54% hydration):
- 85g discarded sourdough
- 85g all-purpose flour
- 30g water
- 7g cocoa powder

160ml 우유
4g (1큰술) 인스턴트 드라이 이스트
30g (3큰술)설탕
200g( 1 1/2컵) 강력분
4g(1작은술) 소금
25g (2 1/2큰술) 무염버터
가루가 보이지 않을때 까지 반죽하세요
크기가 2배가 될 때까지 따뜻한 곳에서 발효시켜주세요(약 1시간)
16개로 나누어 주세요
10분 동안 기다리세요
160g 모짜렐라치즈
따뜻한 곳에 30분 정도 두세요
우유 (생략 가능)
180℃에서 12 분간 구워주세요
-마늘 소스 만들기
20g (2큰술) 무염버터
7g(1/2큰술) 다진 마늘
15g (1 1/2큰술) Sugar 설탕
단맛이 싫으신 분들은 설탕을 조금 줄여 주세요
1/2 큰술 파슬리 가루
1/4 작은술 소금
40g 모짜렐라치즈
-180℃에서 10 분간 구워주세요
