1 c Firmly packed brown sugar
=plus 2 tbsp 3 oz Neufchatel cheese
1/4 c Plus 2 tb butter; softened
2 tb Skim milk
1/2 ts Vanilla flavoring
1/2 ts Butter flavoring
1/2 ts Nut flavoring
1 Egg
3 c All-purpose flour
1 1/2 ts Baking powder
1/2 ts Salt
1/2 c Sifted powdered sugar
1 1/2 ts Water
Food coloring (optional) Cream the brown sugar, cheese and softened butter at medium speed with an electric mixer until light and fluffy. Add milk, flavorings and egg and beat well. Combine flour, baking powder, and salt and add to mixture, beating well. Divide dough into 4 equal portions. Working with one portion at a time, roll to 1/8-inch thickness on a well-floured surface; cover and refrigerate remaining dough. Cut with 2-inch cookie cutter and place 1 inch apart on cookie sheets. Bake at 350F for 10 minutes. Cool on wire racks. Repeat with remaining dough. Combine powdered sugar, water, and food coloring. The recipe is a marriage of both beloved basic cookies – sugar cookies and peanut butter cookies. Every bite is a taste of that crisp exterior with sugar granules tickling your tongue. Then inside is a chewy middle, rich in peanut butter flavor.
You’ll need:
• 1 ¾ cup all-purpose flour
• 1 tsp baking soda
• ¼ tsp salt
• ½ cup unsalted butter (room temperature)
• ½ cup white sugar
• ½ light brown sugar
• ½ cup creamy peanut butter
• 1 large egg (room temperature)
• 1 tsp vanilla extract
Makes 20 - 22 cookies
*Using a 1.5 inch cookie scoop in the video
:: HELPFUL HINTS ::
* Measure your flour correctly (spoon & level method). Adding too much flour will result to dry and crumbly texture of cookies when baked. Fluff your flour with a spoon, spooned it into your measuring cup, and use the back of the knife to level it off.
* Let the cookies rest in the baking pan for 3-5 minutes. Transfer to wire rack to finish cooling.

3/4 cup MAGNOLIA GOLD BUTTER SALTED
1/2 cup sugar
1-1/2 cups MAGNOLIA ALL PURPOSE FLOUR
Procedure:
1. Preheat oven to 350°F and line a baking sheet with wax or baking paper. Set aside.
2. In a bowl, mix butter and sugar until fluffy. Add flour. Mix until mixture resembles breadcrumbs.

3-INGREDIENT PEANUT BUTTER COOKIES
Makes 25-30 cookies
INGREDIENTS
1 cup peanut butter
½ cup sugar
1 egg
PREPARATION
1. Preheat oven to 350ºF/180ºC.
2. In a large bowl, mix together the peanut butter, sugar, and egg.
3. Scoop out a spoonful of dough and roll it into a ball. Place the cookie balls onto a nonstick baking sheet.
4. For extra decoration and to make them cook more evenly, flatten the cookie balls by pressing a fork down on top of them, then press it down again at a 90º angle to make a criss-cross pattern.
5. Bake for 8-10 minutes or until the bottom of the cookies are golden brown.
6. Remove from baking sheet and cool.
