Recipe suggested extra sharp cheddar, I used a medium sharp cheddar and colby mix. Very crunchy. Note: No instructions provided. Use normal bread making procedures.

If you’re in a pinch and don’t have buttermilk on hand, or can’t easily access it, you can make a great buttermilk substitute right at home.
