How To make Butterscotch Coffee Cake
1 pk Frozen white dinner rolls
1/2 c Sugar
1 pk Butterscotch pudding and pie
1 tb Ground cinnamon
1/2 c Butter or margarine; melted
1 c Pecans; chopped
of a greased 12 cup fluted tube pan. In a small bowl, combine sugar, pudding mix and cinnamon. Sprinkle sugar mixture over rolls. Pour butter over sugar mixture. Sprinkle pecans on top. Cover with plastic wrap and let rise in a warm place 5 ~ 1/2 to 6 - 1/2 hours or until doubled in size. To serve in early morning, coffee cake can rise overnight (about 8 hours). Preheat oven to 350. Bake 30 to 35 minutes or until golden brown. Remove from oven and immediately invert onto plate. Serve warm. From: Quick Gifts of Good Taste. -----

all purpose flour/maida : 1 and 1/2 cups(180grams)
eggs : 3 (room temperature)
oil : 1/4 cup
warm milk/water : 1/2 cup
baking powder : 1 tea spoon
salt : 1 pinch
sugar : 3/4 cup(150 grams)
butterscotch essence : 1 tea spoon
whipping cream : 1and 1/4 cup
butterscotch essence :few drops
few drops of yellow food colour
for sugar syrup
sugar : 1/3 cup
water : 1 and 1/2 cups
for praline
sugar : 1/2 cup/100 grams
water : 2 table spoons
chopped cashew nuts and almonds : 1/2 cup
my 1 cup measures 250 ml
preheat oven at 180 degrees celsius for 10 minutes and bake for 30 to 35 mintes at 180 degrees celsius

The recipe used in this video is picked from an old book, with the old-fashioned style. The whole recipe can be made with an ordinary oven, except that the method shown is this video is using the Noxxa Breadmaker as a regular oven, by selecting the 'Oven' mode.
Feel free to adjust, combine with other ingredients as well, just to make it moisten a bit..
