Caldo Gallego - Cooking With Benko
This is my grandma's Galician broth recipe, one of my favourite soups. It is a really easy to make white beans-based soup. Although it take a little bit of time to cook, you can compensate by making a lot of it, bringing joy to your belly for several days. This video tells you how to do it.
Ingredient list: + Musts - Water - White beans - Lard - Salt + What ever else you want to add - Potato - Chard - Spinach - Chorizo - Bacon
There are no quantities for the ingredients, just add the amount your cravings tell you to add. I like it really dense.

Cooking with Chef Bryan - Spanish Bean Soup
RECIPE:
Caldo Gallego - Spanish White Bean Stew with Ham, Bacon, Chorizo, Cabbage and Kale - Puerto Rican
A delicious white bean stew that originates in Spain and is very common in Puerto Rico. It's also made with ham, bacon, Spanish Chorizo, cabbage and Kale. It is crazy good! Here is link to the recipe you can get a print friendy version there or a PDF. I should also note here that you can cut up your meat first since it goes in the pan first, but....to be honest, I didn't want to wash the cutting board in between and I didn't want raw meat on my veggies, so, I did it in this order. :D
