How To make California Skillet
1 pound ground turkey
1 each small onion
chopped
1 tablespoon chili powder
2 cups water
1 can tomato soup :
undiluted
1 can corn -- (12 oz.), undrained
1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
1 cup uncooked macaroni
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon pepper
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
In a large skillet, brown the meat and onion. Drain off the fat.
Add all the remaining ingredients, except the cheese. Cover, and simmer 20-30 minutes, or until the macaroni is tender.
Uncover, and sprinkle with cheese. Stir well. Continue cooking until cheese is melted.

In this easy cooking video, I cook some potatoes, sausage, and eggs, in a cast iron skillet, in my toaster oven. The ingredients to my easy toaster oven meal are 2 russet potatoes, some linguica sausage, and 2 eggs. I seasoned the potatoes with salt and Johnny's Seasoned Pepper. The cooking time is 40 minutes in a 450 degree F oven. I added the sausage after the potatoes had cooked for 30 minutes. Then I added the eggs after the sausage had cooked for 5 minutes, and let them cook for 5 minutes.
