The famous Staffordshire oatcake recipe here. And if you've never heard of Staffordshire oatcakes then you absolutely must give them a try. But even though our love adventure came to an end, my love for Staffordshire oatcakes never dimmed. Add bacon, egg, melted cheese and brown sauce and you'll be blown away. Just like I was by Brenda. Enjoy!
