How To make Carribean Casserole
1 md onion -- chopped
1 TB oil
15 oz can stewed tomatoes
16 oz can black beans
1 ts oregano leaves
1 ts turmeric
1/2 ts garlic powder
1 1/2 c instant brown rice
Stir onion in hot oil until tender (do not brown). Add tomatoes, beans (include liquid from both), oregano, turmeric, and garlic powder. Bring to a boil. Stir in rice and cover. 3-4 lbs chicken
1 inch piece of ginger
1 1/2 tablespoon tomato ketchup
3 cloves garlic
1 1/2 tablespoon brown sugar
1 1/4 tablespoon dark soy sauce
1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
1/4 cup water
1/2 scotch bonnet pepper
1 tablespoon veg oil
3/4 tablespoon salt
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
2 scallions
1/2 medium tomato
3 sprigs thyme
1 tablespoon chopped parsley
3/4 cup water

Ingredients list

1kg lamb neck
Drop of oil
1 tsp salt
1 -2 tsp all purpose seasoning
Black pepper
1 tsp mixed herbs
2-3 tbsp green seasoning
1/2 tsp browning (optional)
1/2 tsp celery powder (optional)
1-2 tbsp oil
1-2 tbsp brown sugar
4 -6 cups hot water
2-3 tsp tomato ketchup
1 scotch bonnet pepper
Thyme
More green seasoning (optional)
???? cover on low heat with foil for 2hrs checking occasionally

Leg and thigh skin off
1/2 onion
Small amount of fresh tyme
3 cut scotch bonnets Pepper
Ginger 3 cut
Small amount of spring onion
3 gloves of garlic
1 Tsp Pimento seed/optional
Seasoning
1 Tsp all purpose seasoning
1 Tsp black pepper
1 Tsp everyday seasoning/optional
1 Tsp smoked paprika
2 spoonful oil
2 spoon brown sugar
Add 1/2 cup of water to 1 cup
1 carrot
Chicken stock cube
1 Tsp all purpose seasoning
Pinch of salt
2 spoonful of ketchup
2 spoonful of sugar
Fresh tyme 2 Straw
Spring 1 Straw
1 potato
1 whole scotch bonnets Pepper
Cook for 20 to 25 minutes
