How To make Celery Sukiyaki
1 1/2 lb Flank steak
3 tb Salad oil
3 c Celery,sliced diagonally
2 sm Onions, sliced, separated
Into rings 1 Beef bouillon cube
3/4 c Boiling water
1 c Water chestnuts,sliced
5 tb Soy sauce
1 1/2 ts Ground ginger
1/2 ts Ground black pepper
Cut steak into thin diagonal slices.(For easier slicing, partially freeze first.)In large skillet,heat 2 tbsp. oil. Add steak strips,a few at a time.Brown on both sides.Remove and set aside.Add celery and onion to skillet.Saute for 3 minutes in 1 tbsp. oil.Dissolve bouillon cube in water.Add to skillet along with water chestnuts,soy sauce,ginger and black pepper.Stir well.Add browned steak;spoon juice over steak.Cover and simmer 10 minutes or until steak and vegetables are fork tender.Serve over
rice.Serves 6.

Ingredients:
3 tbsp Exotic Sukiyaki Sauce
0.5 tbsp Exotic Sesame Oil
1 tbsp Exotic Supreme Oyster Sauce
0.25 tbsp Exotic Chilli Oil
1 litre Water or Stock
3 leaves Lettuce
5 slices Cabbage
1 leek Leeks
1 celery Celery
150 grams Sliced pork
3 mushrooms Mushroom
3 pcs Tofu
1 egg
Procedure:
1. Bring the stock ot a boil.
2. While the water is boiling marinade the pork with Exotic Sesame Oil, Exotic Supreme Oyster Sauce and Exotic Chilli Oil.
3. Once the water comes to the boil add all the ingredients to the pot of stock. Close the lid.
4. Once it comes to a boil remove from heat and serve with Exotic Sukiyaki Sauce.

Sukiyaki is a Japanese hot pot, but Thai people have made our own version that has become a popular and common street food in Thailand. I've shared a soup version on the channel before (link below) and in this video I'm sharing the dry or the stir-fry version that is equally yummy. The key is in the sauce which can also be made in advance for a quick weeknight meal!
