How To make Cheddar and Broccoli Appetizers
10 oz Frozen chopped broccoli*
8 oz Whole kernal corn; drained
1/4 c Onion; chopped
1/2 c Walnuts; coarsely chopped
1/2 c Milk
1/4 c Butter; melted
2 Eggs
1/2 c Bisquick
1/4 ts Garlic salt
1 c Cheddar cheese; shredded
*Thaw and drain the broccoli. Heat oven to 375. Grease a 9x9x2" pan. Mix broccoli, corn, onion and walnuts. Place in pan. Beat remaining ingred. except cheese until smooth, 15 sec. in blender on high, stopping blender frequently to scrape sides if necessary, or 1 min. with electric mixer on high. Pour evenly into pan. Bake until knife inserted in center comes out clean, 23-25 min.; sprinkle with cheese. Bake until cheese is melted, 2-3 minutes longer. cool 30 minutes. Cut into triangles or squares. Broccoli Cheddar Soup
FULL RECIPE:
Here is what you'll need!
One-Pot Broccoli Cheddar Soup
Servings: 4-6
INGREDIENTS
2 heads broccoli, chopped
¼ cup butter
¼ cup flour
½ onion diced
2 cups half-and-half
2 cups veggie or chicken stock
2 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon pepper
¼ teaspoon nutmeg
½ cup of carrots, shredded
2 cups (8 ounces) cheddar cheese
PREPARATION
1. Trim stems off of broccoli heads and chop into small florets.
2. In a large pot, combine butter and onion and sauté until translucent.
3. Add flour and stir on medium heat until mixture lightly browns.
4. Stir in the half-and-half and mix until contents reach a simmer.
5. Add the veggie or chicken stock and simmer on low heat for 5-10 minutes.
6. Mix in the broccoli, carrots, salt, pepper, and nutmeg. Simmer on low heat for 10-15 minutes.
7. Add the cheddar cheese and stir until cheese is melted and combines with other ingredients.
8. Enjoy!

Recipe for the perfect broccoli & cheddar bites! Small mouthfuls of crispiness and lots of taste! We make them with yellow cheddar, fresh broccoli, spring onion, eggs and panko breadcrumbs!

Ingredients for snacks for 4 people:
340 gr broccoli florets (12 ounces)
26 gr spring onions (1/4 a cup)
160 gr cheddar cheese, shredded (2/3 cups)
60 gr panko breadcrumbs (1/2 cup)
2 eggs
salt & pepper
1/4 tsp cayenne pepper
Bake for 20 minutes at 200 degrees Celsius / 390 degrees Fahrenheit.
Serve for instance with a Sriracha chili sauce on top or another delicious dip (we also recommend our homemade dill dip: )

1 tsp roasted garlic base
1 tbsp dijon mustard
2 tbsps flour
