3g active dry yeast 1tsp
250g all-purpose or bread flour 1+2/3cups

1 cup warm milk (250ml)
1 egg
1/4 cup sugar (50g)
2 tsp instant yeast (6g)
3 and 1/3 cup all purpose flour (420g) or bread flour-start from 3 cups
1/4 cup unsalted butter (55g)
1 tsp salt (skip the salt if using salted butter, please adjust according to the saltiness of the butter you are using
1 cup grated mozzarella
a teaspoon of dried or fresh parsley
Eggwash: 1egg +2 tablespoon milk
Bake in a preheated oven at 180C/350F, 18-20 minutes for conventional oven or 15 minutes for convection.

In a large bowl, combine 3.5 fluid ounces (100 ml) each of warm milk and water. Add 1 tablespoon of sugar and 1 teaspoon of instant dry yeast, stirring well to dissolve the yeast. Now, it's time to add 10.5 ounces (300 grams) of bread or all-purpose flour, along with 1/2 teaspoon of salt. Mix thoroughly with a spoon and incorporate 1 tablespoon of melted butter into the dough, kneading until smooth and soft. Cover the dough and let it rise in a warm spot for 40 minutes.
While waiting, finely chop 2 ounces (50 grams) of green onions and grate 2 ounces of hard cheese, like Parmesan. Roll out the risen dough into a square on a floured surface. Spread melted butter over the dough, sprinkle salt, black pepper, chopped green onions, and grated cheese.
