Spinach and feta triangles are like an easier version of Greek spanakopita. They're golden, flaky and irresistible with their delicious puff pastry outside and savoury cheese and spinach filling.
They’re so easy to make and a great way to use up leftover pastry, cheese, or spinach from your last batch of spinach cob loaf dip. Make up a big batch to eat straight away with plenty leftover to freeze for later.
Like everything homemade, they taste sooooo much better than store-bought! You know exactly what went into them, and you can adapt the recipe to suit your taste preferences.
???? Ingredients:
1 1/2 cups spinach 210 g / 7.4 oz, fresh and cooked (washed, chopped, blanched) or frozen and thawed
¼ block feta cheese 50 g / 1.76 oz, Greek / Australian crumbly style
¾ cup shredded cheese tasty, pizza cheese or cheddar all work well!
⅓ cup Parmesan cheese finely grated
2 puff pastry sheets thawed if frozen
Salt and pepper to taste

Potato Triangles
Recipe in English:
Ingredients:
Potato & Cheese:
-Aloo (Potatoes) boiled & grated 300 gms
-Namak (Salt) ½ tsp or to taste
-Lal mirch (Red chili) crushed 1 tsp
-Lehsan powder (Garlic powder) ½ tsp
-Paprika powder 1 tsp
-Dried parsley 2 tsp
-Cheddar cheese grated ½ Cup
Potato with Tandoori Masala:
-Aloo (Potatoes) boiled & grated 300 gms
-Hari mirch (Green chili) chopped & grinded 1 tsp
-Lehsan (Garlic) crushed 1 tsp
-Tandoori masala ½ tbs
-Namak (Salt) ½ tsp or to taste
-Garam masala powder 1 tsp
-Kali mirch powder (Black pepper powder) ½ tsp
-Hara dhania (Fresh coriander) chopped 2-3 tbs
-Maida (All-purpose flour) 1 Cup or as required
-Anda (Egg) whisked 2
-Breadcrumbs 1 Cup or as required
-Cooking oil for frying
Directions:
Potato & Cheese:
-In bowl,add potatoes,salt,red chili crushed,garlic powder,paprika powder,dried parsley and mix well.
-Add cheddar cheese,mix well & set aside.
Potato with Tandoori Masala:
-In bowl,add potatoes,green chili,garlic,tandoori masala,salt,garam masala powder,black pepper powder,fresh coriander,mix well and set aside.
-On tray,place cling film and add both prepared potatoes mixture.
-Grease hands with oil and spread potato mixture evenly.
-Cover with cling film and freeze for 1 hour.
-Can be store in freezer for up to 1-2 weeks.
-Cut into triangular shape with the help of the knife.
-Now coat in all-purpose flour then dip into beaten eggs and coat in breadcrumbs.
-In frying pan,heat cooking oil and fry on low flame until golden brown.

-Bowl mein aloo,hari mirch,lehsan,tandoori masala,namak,garam masala powder,kali mirch powder aur hara dhania dal ker ache tarhan mix karein aur side per rakh dein.
-Tray per cling film laga dein aur dono tayyar aloo ka mixture dal dein.
-Haatho ko oil sa grease karein aur aloo ka mixture ko evenly pheela lein.
-Cling film sa cover ker lein aur 1 hour kliya freeze ker lein.
-1-2 weeks kliya freezer mein store ker saktay han.
-Knife ki madad sa triangular shape mein cut ker lein.
-Ab maida mein coat karein phir pheetay hoye anday mein dip ker lein aur breadcrumbs mein coat ker lein.
-Karhai mein cooking oil garam karein aur halki ancch per golden brown hunay tak fry ker lein.
