How To make Cheesy Chicken
4 Chicken breasts - boneless
1 sm Onion, sliced
1 c Mushrooms, sliced (Optional)
2 tb Butter
1 cn Can, chedder cheese
5 oz Milk
ds Parmesan cheese Saute onion in butter until translucent. Add chicken breasts and cook until chicken is just done (juices run clear). Remove and set in a large baking dish. In a large measuring cup, mix soup (10 oz can, Campbells) and milk and stir to remove the lumps. Pour over chicken in baking dish. Sprinkle with parmesan cheese and bake for 15 - 20 minutes at 325F. Saute mushrooms in butter. When chicken is removed from oven, spread mushrooms over top and serve. Serve with mashed potatoes or rice. Excellent with cauliflower or broccoli as veggie. There is sufficient cheese sauce to add over the veggies. This meal can be made a very fast preparation by microwaving the soup/milk mixture til warm and then adding to chicken/onions in the frypan. Cover and simmer for 5 minutes, then garnish and serve.

Cheesy Chicken Poppers

Ingredients:
To make Chicken Poppers:
Chicken - 200 GMS Boneless
Salt - 1/2 TSP
Pepper
Garlic Powder - 1/2 TSP
Egg - 1 No.
Maida - 1/4 CUP
Corn Flour - 1 TBSP
Oil
Red Chilli Sauce
Tomato Ketchup
Water
To make Cheesy Sauce/Dip:
Butter - 1 TBSP
Maida - 1 TBSP
Milk - 1 1/2 CUP
Chilli Powder - 1/4 TSP
Pepper
Processed Cheese - 200 GMS
Methods:
Take 200 gms of boneless chicken pieces
To this, add 1/2 tsp of salt
Add some freshly crushed pepper
Add 1/2 tsp of garlic powder
Add 1 egg
Mix the everything well
Let the chicken pieces sit for 15 mins
In a bowl, take 1/4 cup of maida
And add 1 tbsp of cornflour and mix it together
Take the chicken piece and dip into the dry flour
Make sure that the chicken is coated with the dry flour on all sides
Take a kadai and pour enough oil for deep frying
Once the oil is hot, gently drop the chicken pieces and fry them on medium flame
Fry the chicken pieces for about 6-7 mins
Take them out once they have a golden brown color and keep them aside
Take a pan, add 2 tbsp of chili sauce
Add 2 tbsp of tomato ketchup and add 2 tbsp of water
Mix everything well
Add the fried chicken pieces and mix it well
Keep the flame on low and saute for 5 mins
Next, I am going to make a cheese sauce for the chicken poppers
Take 1 tbsp of butter in a pan
Add 1 tbsp of maida and mix it well
Gradually add 1 and 1/2 cups of milk and whisk it simultaneously
Keep the flame on low while whisking it
Once everything is well combined, add 1/4 tsp of red chili powder and some crushed pepper
Mix it well
Grate 200 gms of processed cheese
Make sure to keep the flame on low and mix it till the cheese melts completely
The cheese sauce is ready
Serve the spicy chicken poppers with the cheese sauce

You must try this Cheesy Chicken Meal - Stuffed Chicken Breast with Mushroom and Ham
Read on if you like chicken and cheese. This to die for recipe, might be your new favourite chicken meal.
It’s made using flattened chicken breasts that are filled with smoked ham, butter sautéed mushrooms and grated Parmesan cheese. The chicken is then browned in butter and coated in Mozzarella cheese. It’s gently poached in chicken stock until the cheese has melted. The stock is then reduced into a glaze, and poured like a sauce, over the chicken.
You can also make these in advanced. Make sure you refrigerate the cooked mushrooms before using so they are very cold. Keep the prepared chickens wrapped in the same cling film and refrigerate. They are ready to use the next day. Great with pasta or potatoes, nice green vegetable such as broccoli, asparagus, or green beans.
