How To make Cheesy Chicken Rolls
1/2 c Shredded lo-fat Mozzarella
2 1/2 oz Jar sliced Mushrooms, draine
1/4 c Plain low-fat Yogurt
1 tb Snipped Chives
1 tb Snipped Parsley
1 tb Chopped Pimento
4 x Med Chicken Breast Halves *
1 tb Fine dry Bread Crumbs
1/8 ts Paprika
1 tb Plain low-fat Yogurt
* 4 med (12 oz total) boned skinless chicken breast halves For filling, in a small bowl combine cheese, mushrooms, the 1/4 c yogurt, chives, parsley, and pimento. Place 1 chicken breast half, boned side up, between 2 pieces of clear plastic wrap. Working from the center to the edges, pound lightly with a meat mallet to 1/8" thickness. Remove plastic wrap. Repeat with remaining chicken. Sprinkle lightly with salt and pepper. Spread some of the filling on each chicken breast half. Fold in the sides and roll up. Arrange rolls seam side down in a 10x6x2" baking dish. Combine bread crumbs and paprika. Brush chicken with the 1 Tbspn yogurt; sprinkle with crumb mixture. Bake in 350 deg F. oven for 20-25 minutes or till chicken is tender and no longer pink. ********************************************************* Per serving: 205 calories, 32 g protein, 4 g carbohydrates, 6 g fat, 82 mg cholesterol, 298 mg sodium, 316 mg potassium.

Chicken Cheese Rolls Recipe ! Easy And Quick Chicken Cheese Rolls!:)
Ingredients:
2 cup all purpose flour
1 tsp yeast or ???? 1/2 tsp baking powder + 1/2 tsp Baking soda + 1/2 cup yogurt )????
2 tsp sugar
1/2 tsp salt
1 egg ( optional )
2 tbsp oil
1/2 cup water
2 tbsp oil
1/2 cup onion
1/4 cup sweet corns
1/4 cup capsicum
1 cup shredded chicken/ Mutton
1 tbsp all purpose flour
3/4 cup milk
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp chili flakes
1/2 tsp pepper powder
2 cheese slices
shredded cheese ????
Oven timing: 5-7 minutes less than otg
Gas Stove Settings:
10 minutes vessel ( bhagona ya Kadhai )ko preheat kijiye.
Kisi dish me rolls rakhie.
Dish ko vessel Ke center me rakhiye Kisi stand Ke upar.
Cover Kar dijiye.
phir low medium heat par 10-12 minutes ek side se bake kijiye
phir side badaliye Aur doosri side bhi 10 minutes bake kijiye
