Baked Salmon a La Conti's Recipe | Easy Way of Cooking
Who would resist the tender, flaky, creamy salmon baked to goodness from Conti’s Bakeshop and Restaurant? Why not try making it at home. Try my recipe hack of the famous Baked Salmon ala Conti’s recipe. I guarantee you this recipe is as simple as ordering online. Watch, enjoy, and let the cooking do the talking.
Ingredients:
Salmon
Salt & Pepper
Thyme
Calamansi Juice
Lemon Zest
Creamy Topping:
Garlic
Cream Cheese
Mayonnaise
Parmesan Cheese
Bread Crumbs
Butter
Frozen Mixed Vegetables
Recipe
Step 1 (0:50)
Prepare the salmon. Season with salt and pepper. Marinade with thyme, calamansi juice, and lemon zest.
Step 2 (2:25)
Prepare the creamy toppings. Mix mince garlic, cream cheese, mayonnaise, lemon zest, and parmesan cheese in a bowl. Season with salt and pepper.
Step 3 (3:35)
Spread the creamy topping over the salmon. Sprinkle bread crumbs, parmesan cheese, and melted butter.
Step 4 (4:41)
For the mixed vegetables, melt butter in a cooking pan. Add the frozen mixed vegetables.
Step 5 (5:37)
Bake the salmon at 200 degrees Celsius for 40 minutes or until the topping turns golden brown.
Serve on a baking dish with mixed vegetables.
