1 package :

(10 oz) frozen

chopped spinach 1 package :

(8 oz) swiss cheese
-- slices 2 tablespoons all-purpose flour
3 eggs -- beaten
1 cup heavy cream
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 dash pepper
Liberally prick bottom and sides of pie shell with fork. Bake at 375 degrees F for 10 - 12 minutes. Cool on rack. Cook spinach accordingto package direc tions; drain well. Cut cheese into 1/2" slices; toss with flour; set aside. Combine eggs, cream, salt, and pepper. Stir in spinach and cheese. Spoon int
