No-Knead Cherry & Chocolate Brioche Recipe
Brioche is one of my favourite doughs to work with. It is extremely simple to make and it’s super versatile and that is why I keep coming back to it. The brioche playlist on my channel is full of different recipes savoury and sweet. Sweet ones are usually the more popular ones, so I decided to make this cherry and chocolate filled loaf.
I saw a similar recipe on the King Arthur Baking website and thought I could adapt it to my style and turn it into a nice sliceable loaf. Once again, my USA Pan Pullman tin came in handy. It’s been used quite a lot in the last few months and for good reason. It is one of my favourite pieces of baking equipment. You can use a regular 2lb (900g) tin for this recipe.

Traditional Cherry Cake Recipe
Cherry cake always goes down well with friends and family. The centre should be soft while the sugar on the top adds a hint of crispness. Great with a cup of tea or coffee, but beware of the monkeys in your cake... Recipe at FACEBOOK:

German Cake - Cherry Crumble Cake | ???????? ???????? ???????? SUB | ????????????Miss J’s Kitchen #12
Some days ago, we picked many cherries in a friend’s garden. My mother-in-law gave me the recipe for a cherry crumble cake. This is one of her specialty cakes. The cake with the crispy crumble and sweet-sour cherries doesn’t let control how many pieces I eat. Oh... the calories are too much? Hmm... let me think about it tomorrow ????.
You can bake a 28 cm (11 inch) cake with this recipe.

[Cherries]
• 680g seedless Cherries (also can use Canned Cherries)
1. Remove stems of cherries, wash and wait for dry. After dried, remove cherry seeds.
Tip: it is recommended to prepare more cherries to prevent cherries are not enough for the cake after picked. In this video, I prepared about 1 kg of cherries and the weight was 680g after removed the seed of cherries.
[Crumble]
• 250g Cake Flour
• 125g softened unsalted Butter
• 125g white Sugar
• A pinch of Salt
1. After the butter is softened to room temperature, put all ingredients in a mixing bowl.
2. Pinch and mix with hands till combined (about 5 minutes).
3. Shape the dough into any size balls.
4. Refrigerate the dough balls.
[Cake Base]
• 125g softened unsalted Butter
• 125g white Sugar
• 2 Eggs
• 150g Cake Flour
• 50g ground Hazelnuts
• 1 tsp of Baking Powder
1. Add softened butter and white sugar in a mixing bowl, use mixer with low speed until mixed well.
2. Add eggs and mix well.
3. Add flour, ground hazelnuts and baking powder, mix well.
[Cake Base] + [Cherries] + [Crumble]
• 2 tbsp Semolina Flour
1. Spread some oil or butter in the 28 cm (11 inch) springform pan.
2. Put the cake base batter in the springform pan and spread the batter evenly.
3. Spread evenly 1 tbsp of semolina flour on the cake. It will absorb some cherry juice, to prevent the cake base gets too moisture.
4. Put cherries on the cake.
5. Spread another 1 tbsp of semolina flour on the cake.
6. Take out the crumble from the fridge. Crush and sprinkle crumbles evenly on the cake.
7. Preheat the oven to 200°C. Place the cake in the middle level of oven and bake for 10 minutes.
8. After 10 minutes, turn the temperature down to 180°C and bake for more 40 to 45 minutes.
9. Take out it when the top color is light brown. Wait about 30 minutes, then remove the form.
