Crockpot Pulled Chicken
Ingredients: 1 small Red onion diced (About 3/4 Cup) 1 TBS Chopped Garlic BBQ Rub of your choice 16 oz BBQ sauce 1/3 cup Chicken Broth 3-4 Chicken breast 1 TBS Worcestershire sauce
Directions:
Season chicken with BBQ Rub Add the following to your crockpot
Diced onions , Chopped Garlic Chicken broth , Worcestershire sauce Mix well and spread across crockpot evenly Add chicken pour BBQ Sauce on top
Cook on High for 3 hours After 3 hours shred chicken cook for additional 30 mins Serve and Enjoy!

It has been floating around for years. This is Sweet Baby Ray's Crock Pot Chicken, and boy is it good. I did add my own twist to it. Below I share the ingredients and what I added to mine. Sweet Baby Ray Crock Pot Chicken- Southern Food Junkie Style -4 to 6 boneless chicken breasts (can be fresh or frozen) (You could also use chicken thighs or I want to try Pork Chops as well. ) - 1 medium onion, sliced. - half of a bell pepper - 1 16 oz bottle of Sweet Baby Rays BBQ Sauce - 1/4 cup of Apple Cider Vinegar -1/4 cup of Brown Sugar -1 tsp of garlic powder -1 tsp of red chili flakes -A dash of Texas Pete Mix BBQ sauce, vinegar, brown sugar, garlic, and chili flakes in a bowl. Place chicken in Crockpot. Pour sauce over them and add in onions and bell peppers. Stir around to coat chicken and veggies. Cook on low for 4 to 6 hours.

Easy BBQ Chicken In A Slow Cooker | Crockpot BBQ Chicken Legs
Easy bbq chicken in a slow cooker. Crockpot bbq chicken legs recipe.
Season your chicken to your liking. Im using chicken drumsticks. The seasonings I used were: TJ Ajika seasoning, garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, salt, pepper, poultry seasoning, homemade green seasoning. After seasoning place chicken in crockpot slow cooker. Cover with favorite barbeque sauce ( save one cup) and cook on low for 3-4 hours. Remove from crockpot after 3-4 hours and move to a baking dish. Mix remaining bbq sauce with 1/4 cup of brown sugar. Coat chicken and place under broiler for 3-5 minutes until chicken is bubbly and sauce starts to caramelize.
