Carnivore Protein Bread (Keto, Carnivore, Zero Carb)
Zero Carb CARNIVORE BREAD! (or Waffles!)
You can use this batter to either make the Carnivore Loaf (as shown in the video) or use it to make Carnivore Chaffles and Waffles!
Note: I have made some tweaks to the recipe below based on how happy I was with subbing out the parmesan for mozzarella! They both work but I liked the more neutral flavor the mozzarella gave.

Thanksgiving Sage Stuffing Bread ~ The Kneady Homesteader
For anyone interested, here is the recipe:
2 c warm water
2 tbl instant yeast
1/4 c sugar
1/4 c potato flakes
1/4 c milk powder
1/4 c cornmeal
2 eggs
6 tbl soft butter
5-6 cups bread flour
2 tsp sea salt
1 tsp black pepper
2 tbl poultry seasoning
1 tsp ground sage
1 tsp granulated garlic
1 tsp granulated onion
1 tbl dried parsley
1 tbl dried chives
Only use 5 cups of bread flour to start. I did NOT need to add any more. My kitchen was also pretty cold. Add more flour until you get a nice consistency. Then, knead for 5 minutes in your mixer OR hand knead it for 10 minutes.
1st RISE is 1 hour - 1 hour 15 minutes
Punch dough down. divide in half. make 2 loaves and place them in oiled bread pans.
2nd RISE 30-40 minutes.
Bake 350 degrees for 30-35 minutes.
Allow to cool. Slice then cube. You can leave them out to dry for 1-2 days OR bake them in a low temp oven to dry out OR place them in your dehydrator. Thats what I do. :)
Enjoy, Guys and HAPPY THANKSGIVING!!!!!
