Herb Breaded Chicken Breasts - Recipe with Michael's Home Cooking
REALLY good, hope you try this Herb Breaded Chicken Breasts!bak

Ingredients:
2 large chicken breast halves
1/2 stick butter (2 ounces)
2 cloves fresh garlic
1 cup panko bread crumbs (3/4 cup is enough)
1 teaspoon dried rosemary
1 teaspoon dried thyme
1/2 teaspoon dried oregano
1/4 cup fresh parsley (2 Tablespoons dried)
1/4 cup romano or parmesan cheese
salt & pepper to season chicken
dijon mustard for the chicken
olive oil for your baking dish
Bake 400F for 35 minutes or till done
This is Very Good!
Note*** If you are going to make this, you should check the temperature of your cooked chicken for 165F so that it is done.
I used 1 cup panko breadcrumbs, but 3/4 cup would be fine with the same amount of herbs/spices
I saw this on the television Rachel Ray Show and had to try it.
