Veg. cooking oil 6 4 oz. skinned, boned chickes
1 tb Margerine
1 tb Plus 1 ts all purpose flour
1 12 oz. can evaporated skimmk
1 tb Freeze dried chives
3/4 c (3 oz) crumbled feta cheese
Coat a large nonstick skillet with cooking spray, place over med. heat until hot. Add chicken, and cook 7 min on each side until done. Set aside and keep
warm. Melt margarine in a small saucepan over medium heat, add flour. Cook 1 minute stirring constantly with a wire whisk. Gradually add milk, stirring constantly. Stir in chives. Reduce heat to medium-low and cook, stirring constantly, 3 minutes or until thickened and bubbly. Add cheese, and stir until cheese melts. spoon over chicken 246 calories, 8.2g fat, 87mg cholestrol per serving

Ingredients:
4 chicken breasts
1 large egg
3 tbsp plain all-purpose flour (replace with gluten free flour blend if needed)
1/4 tsp salt
1/2 tsp freshly ground black pepper
1/2 tsp dried oregano
1/2 tsp dried thyme
1/2 tsp dried paprika
1/4 tsp garlic salt
3 tbsp olive oil
1 brown onion peeled and sliced
2 cloves garlic peeled and minced
1/2 tsp dried oregano
1 tsp paprika
1 cup (160g) sun dried tomatoes I like the bright red one from the deli counter
1 red bell pepper de-seeded and sliced
1 tbsp tomato puree (paste)
1/3 cup (90ml) white wine
1 cup (240ml) chicken stock (use bouillon for gluten free)
pinch of salt and pepper
1/3 cup (90ml) double (heavy) cream
1/2 packed cup (50g) parmesan cheese grated
3 packed cups (90g) fresh baby spinach
1 tbsp chopped parsley

Ingredients:
chicken breast - 900 g (31.74 oz)
salt - 10 g (0.35 oz)
black pepper - 7 g (0.25 oz)
for the filling:
cheese cream - 100 g (3.5 oz)
hard cheese -100 g (3.5 oz)
spinach - 200 g (7 oz)
granulated garlic - 5 g (0.18 oz)
tomato - 1 piece
for the sauce:
mayonnaise - 50 g (1.76 oz)
mustard - 25 g (0.9 oz)
IN THE OVEN 180 °C (356 °F)/25 minutes
hard cheese with parsley - 200 g (7 oz)
IN THE OVEN 180 °C (356 °F)/10 minutes
for the salad:
French baguette - 1 piece
olive oil - 25 ml (0.85 fl oz)
Fry over medium fire 5 min
cucumbers - 2 pieces
cherry tomatoes - 200 g (7 oz)
basil - 40 g (1.4 oz)
mozzarella - 80 g (2.82 oz)
red onion - 1 piece
olive oil - 15 ml (1 tbsp)
salt - 5 g (0.18 oz)

Stuffed Chicken with Feta and Spinach with a cheese sauce
Ingredients:
1kg of Chicken Breasts
100gm of Spinach
1 and 1/2 slices of Feta Cheese
Chicken Seasoning for taste
3x Tablespoons of Olive Oil
½ a Teaspoon of Dill
½ a Teaspoon of Mustard
4x Tablespoon of Butter
4x Tablespoon of Flour
500ml of Milk
1 and ½ Cup of Shredded Gouda Cheese
1x Teaspoon of fine Salt
Method:
Take your 150gm of spinach and chop the spinach up into small pieces. Add the chopped-up spinach to a mixing bowl. Take 1 and a ½ slices of feta cheese and cut them up into small pieces. Add the cut feta cheese to the mixing bowl. Add 1 Tablespoon of olive oil to the mixing bowl. Add ½ a teaspoon of Dill to the mixing bowl and mix the ingredients. Butterfly cut your chicken breasts. Add the spinach and feta cheese mixture to the butterfly cut chicken breasts. To keep the spinach and feta cheese mixture in the breast close the chicken breast off with toothpicks. Do this process to all the chicken breasts. Add 4 Tablespoons of butter to your casserole. Take 2 Tablespoons of olive oil and bast the chicken with your basting brush with the olive oil on both sides. Add your chicken spice to the chicken on both sides, to your taste. Get your braai up to 200 degrees Celsius of heat and add your casserole to the braai. Add the stuffed chicken breasts to your braai. When butter is melted in the casserole, add the 4 Tablespoons of flour to the casserole and stir till mixed. Add your 500ml of milk to the casserole and stir till mixed. Add ½ a teaspoon of mustard to the casserole. Add a teaspoon of fine salt to the casserole. Stir till mixed. Turn your chicken around every 5 minutes. When the ingredients in the casserole is boiling add your 1 and a half cup of shredded gouda cheese to the casserole. Stir very well till mixed. Remove the chicken when ready, the chicken took me 20 minutes to braai. Remove the toothpicks from the chicken breasts. Add the cheese sauce over the chicken breasts and serve. The cheese sauce took me 25 minutes to make.
