How To make Chicken Chop Suey
1 lb Uncooked chicken breast,
Cut in 1" cubes 1 tb Oil
3 Cubes vegetable bouillon
1/2 c Unsweetened pineapple juice
2 tb Soy sauce
1/2 ts Ginger
1/2 ts Horseradish
1/2 c Sliced celery
1 Green pepper, sliced
1/2 c Sliced mushrooms
1 Tomato, diced
1/4 c Sliced green onions
1 1/2 c Fresh Chinese pea pods
4 oz Water chestnuts (1 can)
3 c Fresh bean sprouts
Pan fry chicken in oil. Remove from heat and set aside. In another pan, crush bouillon cubes and dissolve in pineapple juice. Add soy sauce, ginger, horseradish, celery and green pepper; heat through. Combine chicken with tomato, green onions, pea pods and water chestnuts; stir-fry about 2 minutes. Pour over fresh bean sprouts, top with pineapple sauce; serve immediately.

Tasty Chop Suey ingredients:
5 ounces chicken breast, sliced
2 ounces chicken liver, sliced
3 tablespoons Knorr SavorRich Chicken Liquid Seasoning
1 head cauliflower, chopped
15 pieces snap peas
1 piece carrot, sliced
1 piece green bell pepper, sliced
1 piece red bell pepper, sliced
1 piece onion, sliced
4 cloves garlic, minced
1/2 cup water
1 1/2 teaspoon cornstarch diliuted in 1/3 cup water
3 tablespoons cooking oil
ground black pepper to taste

Chicken Chop Suey in 30 Minutes
Chicken chop suey is one of my all time favorite take outs. The great thing is, you can make it at home. Another advantage is you can add the ingredients of your choice. For the printable recipe, please visit:
I like veggies such as celery, carrots, and snow peas, but you can add the veggies of your choice. The entire dish can be made up in about 30 minutes or less, which makes it another great midweek meal.
In terms of the spices, we use salt, pepper, garlic, and onions. As stated before, your can use the spices of your choice. In example, a bit of ginger might go nicely.

The dish is loaded with vegetables, juicy tender meat, and the sauce brings out some amazing flavors. Chop Suey is a stir fry that starts off by sautéing garlic and onion before adding vegetables in the order in which they cook. Then the sauce is added and allowed to thicken.
