Slow Cooker Chicken and Black Bean
This is our Slow Cooker Chicken and Black Bean Recipe ⏬⏬ See Below for Recipe ⏬⏬
A Delicious Slow Cooker and Black Bean Stew, with all the flavours of the vegetables with the black beans and the beautifully soft chicken.
TIPS FOR THIS RECIPE
We diced up 4 chicken breasts, but you can use chicken thighs or chicken drumsticks.
We used Rice wine, but you can also use Japanese Mirin or Shaoxing Wine.
The Spring onions are optional and won't make a difference to the end result.
We purposely don't add salt and pepper to the list of ingredients because everyone's tastes are different, and you should add salt and pepper to your own taste. We added a pinch of salt and pepper to this recipe.
