How To make Chicken In Corn Cream
1 3 lb chicken
cut into 8 parts
1 can corn
2 tablespoons butter
6 cups chicken broth
1 cup milk
1/2 cup heavy cream
2 tablespoons flour
1/2 cup parmesan cheese :
grated
1 carrot diced
1 onion :
diced
1 clove garlic -- whole
6 sprigs parsley
6 grains peppercorns
salt
Cook chicken in broth with carrot, onion, garlic, peppercorn. Add parsley in the last minute. Remove chicken and strain broth. Take chicken out of bones and cut into bite size pieces. Melt butter until it foams. Stir in flour to make a blond roux. Stir in 1 cup broth along with milk, stirring vigorously until slightly thickened. Add drained corn, butter, nutmeg, salt, pepper , cheese and cream. Bring to a boil, stirring. Turn off heat. Arrange chicken in layers alternating with corn cream in a buttered baking dish. Sprinkle more cheese on top. Bake in 350 F oven until bubbling. Broil until golden brown.

Recipe in English:
Ingredients:
-Corn kernels boiled 1 Cup
-Chicken boneless cubes boiled 350g
-Makhan (Butter) 3 tbs
-Pyaz (Onion) chopped 1 small
-Lehsan paste (Garlic paste) ½ tsp
-Maida (All-purpose flour) 2 & ½ tbs
-Yakhni (Chicken stock) 4-5 Cups
-Kali mirch (Black pepper) crushed 1 tsp or to taste
-Namak (Salt) ½ tsp or to taste
-Safed mirch powder (White pepper powder) ½ tsp
-Chilli sauce 1 tbs
-Soy sauce 2 tbs
-Olper’s Cream ¾ Cup (room temperature)
-Hara pyaz (Spring onion) chopped
Directions:
-In a chopper,add corn kernels,chop coarsely & set aside.
-In a chopper,add chicken,chop coarsely & set aside.
-In a pot,add butter & let it melt.
-Add onion,garlic paste & sauté until onions are translucent.
-Add all-purpose flour & sauté for a minute.
-Add coarsely chopped chicken,corn kernels,mix well & cook for a minute.
-Add chicken stock,mix well & bring it to boil.
-Add black pepper crushed,salt,white pepper powder & mix well.
-Add chilli sauce,soy sauce & mix well.
-Turn off the flame.
-In cream,add 1 cup of boiled soup & whisk well.
-Now add this cream mixture in soup & whisk well.
-Turn on the flame & simmer cook on low flame for 1-2 minutes.
-Add spring onion leaves & mix well.
-Garnish with spring onion leaves & serve with soup sticks!

Chicken Corn Chowder | The Recipe Rebel

Ingredients
▢2 slices thick cut bacon (diced)
▢1 medium onion (diced)
▢1 stalk celery (sliced)
▢1 teaspoon minced garlic
▢1 teaspoon salt
▢½ teaspoon dried thyme
▢¼ teaspoon black pepper
▢3 cups low sodium chicken broth
▢4 medium potatoes (diced)
▢3 cups fresh or frozen corn
▢2 boneless skinless chicken breasts (about 1lb)
▢1 cup cream (any kind will work)
▢2 tablespoons corn starch
▢shredded cheese, green onions, crumbled cooked bacon as desired for serving
Instructions
In a large soup pot over medium-high heat, cook bacon until browned.
Add onion and celery, cooking and stirring until the onion starts to brown. Add garlic, salt, thyme and pepper and cook 1 minute.
Stir in broth, scraping the bottom of the pot to remove any browned bits.
Add potatoes, corn, and chicken breasts. Fully submerge chicken, bring to a simmer, and reduce heat to medium.
Cover and cook for 15-20 minutes until potatoes are tender and chicken is cooked through. Reduce heat to low.
Remove cooked chicken breasts from pot and shred. Stir back into soup.
Combine cream and corn starch and gradually whisk into soup mixture, a little at a time, until thickened slightly.
Serve with additional toppings as desired.

Ingredients for Sweet Corn Chicken Soup:
Makes 4 bowls of soup (250 ml each)
For Chicken Stock:
- Chicken pieces, mix of boneless & bone-in pieces - 350 gms
- Water- 1 litre
- Small onion, quartered- 1
- Crushed garlic- 4
- Bay leaf- 2
- Peppercorns- 10
- Salt- 1/2 tsp
- Shredded boiled chicken- 1.5 cups
- Corn kernels- 1 cup
- Sweet corn paste- 5 tbsp
- Egg whites- 2
- Spring onion greens- 2 tbsp
- Salt- 3/4 tsp
- Pepper powder- 1/2 tsp
- Cornflour slurry- 3 tbsp cornflour in 3 tbsp water
Preparation:
- Take a pan and add all the items for the chicken stock. Mix and bring it to boil. Lower the heat and cover & cook on low heat for 30 mins.
- Strain the chicken stock, remove the chicken pieces and shred the chicken into small pieces.
- Take a pan and boil the fresh sweet corn for 15 mins. Remove, allow it to cool and remove the corn kernels.
- Take half of it in a blender and blend it into a paste by adding 1/2 cup water.
- Take out whites of 2 eggs and set aside.
- Chop the spring onion greens.
Process:
- Add the strained chicken stock into a saucepan and bring it to a boil.
- Lower the heat and add the sweet corn paste, shredded boiled chicken and the corn kernels. Mix it well and add the salt & white pepper powder.
- Cover & cook on low heat for 6-7 mins till the sweet corn paste is cooked.
- Add the corn slurry, mix it in and cook on low heat for 2 mins.
- Add the spring onion greens and give a mix.
- Lastly add the egg whites slowly stirring constantly to scramble the egg whites. Stir in for a minute to form thin strings.
- Cook on low heat for 2 more mins. Serve hot.
