Ingredients:
-Boneless chicken cubes ½ kg (1 inch size)
-Soy sauce 1 tbs
-Sirka (Vinegar) ½ tbs
-Lal mirch (Red chilli) crushed 1 tsp
-Kali mirch powder (Black pepper powder) ½ tsp
-Namak (Salt) ½ tsp or to taste
-Chicken powder 1 tsp
-Lehsan paste (Garlic paste) 2 tsp
-Cooking oil 2 tbs
-Shimla mirch (Capsicum) cubes 1 Cup
-Pyaz (Onion) cubes 1 Cup
-Tamatar (Tomatoes) deseeded & cubes 1 Cup
-Cooking oil 2 tbs
-Lehsan (Garlic) chopped 2 tsp
-Adrak (Ginger) chopped 1 tsp
-Tomato ketchup 1 Cup
-Chilli sauce 3 tbs
-Soy sauce 3 tbs
-Sirka (Vinegar) 1 tbs
-Lal mirch powder (Red chilli powder) 1 tsp or to taste
-Kali mirch powder (Black pepper powder) 1 tsp
-Namak (Salt) ½ tsp or to taste
-Safed mirch powder (White pepper powder) ½ tsp
-Sugar 1 tsp
-Water 1 Cup or as required
-Chicken stock cube 1
-Cornflour 1-2 tsp
-Water 3-4 tbs
-Hara pyaz (Green onion) leaves chopped
Directions:
-In a bowl,add chicken,soy sauce,vinegar,red chilli crushed,black pepper powder,salt,chicken powder,garlic paste & mix well,cover & marinate for 25-30 minutes.
-In a frying pan,add cooking oil,marinated chicken,mix well & cook on medium flame for 6-8 minutes then cook on high flame until it dries up.
-Add capsicum,onion,tomatoes,mix well & sauté for a minute & set aside.
-In a wok,add cooking oil,garlic,ginger & mix well.
-Add tomato ketchup & mix well.
-Add chilli sauce,soy sauce,vinegar,red chilli powder,black pepper powder,salt,white pepper powder, sugar,mix well & cook for 1-2 minutes.
-Add water,chicken stock cube,mix well & bring it to boil.
-In cornflour,add water & whisk well.
-Now add dissolved cornflour,mix well & cook until it thickens.
-Add cooked chicken with vegetables & mix gently.
-Garnish with green onion leaves & serve!

-Bowl mein chicken,soy sauce,,sirka,lal mirch crushed,kali mirch powder,namak,chicken powder aur lehsan paste dal ker ache tarhan mix karein aur dhak ker 25-30 minutes kliya marinate ker lein.
-Frying pan men cooking oil aur marinated chicken dal ker ache tarhan mix karein aur darmiyani ancch per 6-8 minutes kliya paka lein phir tez ancch per sukh janay tak paka lein.
-Shimla mirch,pyaz aur tamatar dal ker ache tarhan mix karein aur ek minute kliya sauté ker lein & side per rakh dein.
-Karahi mein cooking oil,lehsan aur adrak dal ker ache tarhan mix ker lein.
-Tomato ketchup dal ker ache tarhan mix karein.
-Chilli sauce,soy sauce,sirka,lal mirch powder,kali mirch powder,namak,safed mirch powder aur cheeni dal ker ache tarhan mix karein aur 1-2 minutes kliya paka lein.
-Pani aur chicken stock cube dal ker ache tarhan mix karein aur ubal anay dein.
-Cornflour mein pani dal ker ache tarhan whisk ker lein.
-Ab dissolved cornflour dal ker ache tarhan mix karein aur garha ho jay tak paka lein.
-Cooked chicken vegetables ka saath dal ker gently mix ker lein.
-Hara pyaz leaves sa garnish ker ka serve karein!

Sesame Chicken - BETTER THAN TAKEOUT
I would like to share sesame chicken recipe which is better than takeout. This sesame chicken recipe is best when the chicken is deep fried. My family love to indulge in deep fried crispy sesame chicken once in a while. If you are looking for crispy honey sesame chicken, try this chicken recipe.
Ingredients for Sesame Chicken:
300 gm Chicken Thigh
Grated Garlic - 1 Clove
Light Soy Sauce - 1 Tablespoon
A pinch of salt
Black pepper powder - 1/2 Teaspoon
1 egg white
Cornstarch - 2 Tablespoon
Honey - 2 Tablespoon
Sugar - 1 Tablespoon
Light Soy Sauce - 2.5 Tablespoon
Water - 3 Tablespoon
Ketchup / Tomato Sauce - 2.5 Tablespoon
White Vinegar - 1 Tablespoon
Sesame Oil - 1 Tablespoon
Cornstarch
Toasted Sesame Seeds
Green Onions
Oil for deep frying
Tips:
1. It is best to fry the chicken in 2 batches without overcrowding the wok so that the temperature of the oil would not drop.
2. If you prefer a stronger sesame flavor, add few drizzles of sesame oil after adding the fried chicken into the sauce and stir quickly.
3. This crispy sesame chicken is best to serve immediately after cooking.

MAKE BUTTER CHICKEN - THE EASY WAY | HOW TO MAKE BUTTER CHICKEN AT HOME
Make Butter Chicken - The Easy Way | How To Make Butter Chicken At Home | Butter Chicken | Authentic Butter Chicken Recipe | Murgh Makhani | Best Butter Chicken Recipe | Butter Chicken Curry
Ingredients for Butter Chicken:
(Tsp-Teaspoon; Tbsp-Tablespoon)
Boneless Chicken - 450-500 gms (1 lb)
For marination:
- Ginger garlic paste- 1.5 tsp
- Salt- 1 tsp
- Lemon juice- 1 tsp
- Thick or hung curd/ yogurt- 3 tbsp
- Readymade Tandoori Masala- 3 tsp
- Oil- 2 tbsp
For the gravy:
- Oil- 1.5 tbsp
- Green cardamom- 3 nos.
- Cinnamon- 1 small piece
- Cloves- 3 nos.
- Black cardamom- 1 big
- Bay leaf- 1
- Onion, thick slices- 1 medium(65 gms)
- Ginger chopped- 1” piece
- Garlic cloves- 8 nos.
- Cashew nuts- 14 nos.
- Red tomatoes, thick sliced- 400 gms
- Kashmiri Chilli powder- 1 tbsp
- Salt- 1/2 tsp
- Butter- 3 tbsp (30 gms)
- Water- 200 ml
Other Ingredients:
- Butter- 2 tbsp
- Kasuri Methi roasted & powdered- 1/2 tsp
- Fresh Cream-3 tbsp
Preparation:
- Cut the boneless chicken into 2 inch tikka pieces. Marinate the chicken pieces with the items indicated. Set aside for 2 hours in the refrigerator.
- Now to make the gravy, take a kadai/pan and heat 1.5 tbsp oil. Add all the whole spices and give a mix.
- Add the sliced onions and fry on medium heat for 1 min to just remove the raw smell.
- Now add the chopped ginger, garlic cloves and the cashew nuts. Fry on medium heat for 1 min.
- Now add the sliced tomatoes, 1/2 tsp salt, Kashmiri Chilli Powder and 2 tbsp butter. Give a mix and cook on medium heat for 4-5 mins till the tomatoes become soft.
- Add 200 ml water, give a mix and cover & cook on low heat for 15 mins till the tomatoes are soft & mushy.
- Switch off heat and remove the bay leaf and black cardamom. Set aside to cool.
- Put the mixture in a blender/grinder and blend till smooth.
- Strain it into a bowl using a strainer.
- You can also add 100 ml water in the blended mixture to help in straining the liquid. Set aside.
Process:
- Heat 2 tbsp of oil in a pan and place the marinated chicken side by side. Fry on high to medium high heat for 3-4 mins and then flip the pieces.
- Continue to fry 3-4 mins on the other side .
- Flip again and continue to fry on medium heat for another 2-3 mins on each side till browned. Remove and set aside.
- To prepare the curry, take another kadai/pan and heat 2 tbsp of butter on low heat. Add the blended strained gravy into the melted butter & give it a stir.
- Cook on medium heat for around 1 min while stirring it.
- Lower the heat and cook for another 3 mins while stirring it.
- Now add the roasted, powdered Kasuri Methi and mix it. Simmer for another minute before adding the chicken pieces.
- Cook for around 3 mins adding little water based on your desired consistency.
- To end, add the fresh cream, mix and simmer for 2 mins.
- Serve with naan or rice.
