How To make Chicken Lasagne
1/2 c Butter or margarine
1/2 c Flour
1/2 t Salt
1/2 t Basil,dried leaf
3 c Chicken broth from Simmered+
2 1/2 c Chicken from Simmered Chick+
1 Egg,lightly beaten
2 c Cottage cheese,creamed
1/2 lb Lasagne noodles,cooked/drain
1 pk Spinach,frozen,thawed/draine
1/4 lb Mozzarella cheese,thin slice
1/4 c Parmesan cheese,grated
SIMMERED CHICKEN:
1 Chicken,broiler-fryer
2 1/2 c Water
1 Onion,small,sliced
2 Celery tops
1 Bay leaf
1 t Salt
1/4 t Pepper
1. Melt butter in a large; blend in flour, salt and basil.
2. Stir in chicken broth; cook, stirring constantly, until mixture thickens
and comes to a boil. 3. Remove from heat; add chicken.
4. Mix beaten egg into cottage cheese.
5. Lightly grease a 13x9x2-inch baking dish.
6. Place a third of the chicken mixture in the bottom of the dish; top with
half the noodles, half the cottage cheese mixture, half the spinach and half the mozzarella cheese. 7. Repeat the layering; end with the last third of the chicken mixture.
8. Top with Parmesan cheese.
9. Bake in preheated 375'F. oven 45 minutes.
10. Remove from oven; let stand 10 minutes before cutting into squares.
*** SIMMERED CHICKEN *** 1. Put chicken in a kettle; add water and remaining ingredients.
2. Bring to a boil.
3. Cover tightly; reduce heat and simmer 1 hour, or until tender.
4. Remove from heat; strain broth.
5. Refrigerate chicken and broth at once.
6. When chicken is cool, remove meat from bones; cut into small cubes.

Maida (मैदा) - 50g
Milk (दूध) - 1 Cup
Mixed Herbs (मिक्स हर्ब्स) - 1 Tbs
White Pepper (सफ़ेद मिर्च) - 1 Tbs

Chicken Lasagna Ingredients
Mornay Sauce
- 150gms of butter
- 150gms of flour
- 1 ltr of cold milk
- 2 whisked egg yolks
- 200gms of Gruyere cheese
- salt & pepper
Marinara Sauce
- Olive Oil
- garlic
- dry red chillies
- basil leaves
- tomato puree
- 1tsp of sweet paprika
- dry oregano
- salt & black pepper

Method:
Mornay Sauce
- Heat butter and flour together let it melt and once it comes to an boil add milk and keep whisking until it thickens
- Add egg yolks whisk it continuously after some time add grated Gruyere cheese, salt & pepper.
- Keep it aside
Marinara Sauce
- Keep a pan on medium or high flame then add olive oil, garlic, dry red chillies, basil leaves, tomato puree cook it until it comes to an boil.
- Add sweet paprika, dry oregano mix it well then add salt & black pepper, basil and some water.
- Let it boil for a minute or two.
- In the boiling marinara sauce add minced chicken and cook it in the salt itself
- Take off the flame and keep it aside
Lasagna
- In a saucepan add some water to boil and add salt.
- Let the salted water boil for some time then add the sheets in it and give it a light stir and cook it for 2-3 minutes
- Make sure to take them once they are soft
- Immerse the sheets into cold water and later use them after draining properly.
Assemble
- Apply the butter to the casserole dish. then add mornay sauce base, then sheets, followed by mozzarella cheese, then some mornay sauce, then marinara Sauce, mozzarella cheese and follow the steps till u reach the top.
- On the top layer sprinkle, mozzarella cheese, mornay Sauce , breadcrumbs and repeat again.
- Bake it for 30 minutes at 190 degrees
- Let it cool for 10 minutes & then enjoy the Chicken Lasagna!

Chicken Lasagna
Ingredients for White Sauce:
Nestlé MilkPak Salted Dairy Butter 2 tbsp
All-purpose flour 2 tbsp
Nestlé MilkPak Full Cream Milk 2 cups
Black pepper powder 1 tsp
Oregano 1 tsp
Salt 1 tsp
Nestlé MilkPak Dairy Cream 1 cup
Ingredients for Chicken Mince:
Oil 3 tbsp
Garlic (chopped) 1 tbsp
Chicken mince 500 g
Onion (chopped) 1 cup
Tomato puree 1 cup
Tomato ketchup 1/2 cup
Red chili flakes 1 tbsp
Black pepper powder 1 tsp
Oregano 1 tsp
Salt 1 tsp
Soy sauce 1 tbsp
Chili sauce 1 tbsp
Ingredients for Assembling:
Boiled lasagna sheets 7-8
White sauce as required
Prepared chicken mince as required
Mozzarella & cheddar cheese (grated) as required
Capsicum (julienne) as required
Tomatoes (julienne) as required
Oregano as required
Red chili flakes as required
Black olives (sliced) as required
Directions for White Sauce Preparation:
1. In a pan heat Nestlé MilkPak Salted Dairy Butter, flour and cook until fragrant.
2. Add Nestlé MilkPak Full Cream Milk and bring it to a simmer.
3. Add black pepper powder, oregano, salt and mix it well.
4. Add Nestlé MilkPak Dairy Cream and cook for 1-2 mins. Your white sauce is ready. Set aside.
Directions for Chicken Mince Preparation:
5. In a pan heat oil and add garlic. Cook for a minute.
6. Add chicken mince and cook until color changes.
7. Add onion and mix it again. Add tomato puree and cook it well.
8. Add tomato ketchup, red chili flakes, black pepper powder, oregano, salt, soy sauce, chili sauce and cook until chicken mince is fully done. Set aside.
Directions for Assembling:
9. In a pot heat water and bring it to a boil. Add lasagna sheets and boil until they are 80% done.
10. In a serving dish add 2-3 layers of white sauce, boiled lasagna sheets, prepared chicken mince, mozzarella & cheddar cheese and top them with capsicum, tomatoes, black olives.
11. Lastly sprinkle red chili flakes and oregano.
12. Now bake in a preheated oven at 170°C for 7-8 minutes.
13. Your Chicken Lasagna is ready. Serve and enjoy.

Cooking time: 35-40 mins
