How To make Chicken Pasta Italiana
2 qt Water
1/2 c Dry White Wine
4 (4 Oz.) Boneless, Skinned
Chicken Breasts 4 cl Garlic
3 tb Thinly Sliced Basil
1/8 ts Salt
1/8 ts Pepper
2 tb Lemon Juice
4 oz Uncooked Rigatoni Pasta
1 tb Olive Oil
1 md Size Red Pepper Julienne
4 Ripe Olives Thinly Sliced
Bring Water To A Boil in Medium Sauce Pan. Add Wine, Chicken & Garlic. Reduce Heat & Simmer 15 Min. OR Until Chicken Is Done. Remove Chicken & Garlic From Broth, Reserving Broth. Let Chicken Cool. Cut Chicken Into 1/2 in. Pieces. Set Aside. Crush Garlic in A Small Bowl, Add Basil, Salt, Pepper & Lemon Juice.Mix Well & Set Aside. Bring Reserved Broth To A Boil. Add Pasta. Cook 12 Min. OR Until AL Dente. Drain. Rinse Under Cold Water. Drain. Toss Pasta With Olive Oil. Combine Resrved Garlic-Lemon Mixture, Chicken, Pasta, Bell Peppers & Olives in A Large Bowl. Toss Gently. Chill At Least 1 Hour.Spoon Chicken Mixture Onto Lettuce Lined Plates. (Fat 7.7. Chol. 72.)

1 cup fresh spinach
1 cup freshly shredded Parmesan cheese
1/4 cup fresh chopped parsley
2 cups heavy cream
2 Tbsp unsalted butter
4 Tbsp avocado oil, divided
Lemon pepper seasoning
Old bay
Smoked paprika
Salt Free Cajun seasoning
2 tsp Garlic paste
1 tsp tomato paste
1 tsp Italian herb paste

The easiest & tastiest pasta recipe, perfect for busy weeks and so easy to meal prep!
Macros per serving (4 servings total)
401 Calories - 42g protein | 37g carbs | 9g fat
Ingredients (for 4 servings)
- 600g raw chicken breast cut into cubes
- 1 tbsp Garlic Powder
- 1 tbsp Paprika or Smoked Paprika
- 1 tbsp Parsley Flakes
- 1 tsp Chilli Flakes
- 1 tsp Salt
- 198g uncooked Penne Pasta (Roughly 440g cooked weight - 110g per serving)
- 200ml Skimmed Milk
- 100g light Cream Cheese (Brand: Philadelphia)
- 100ml Pasta Water
- 40g Shredded Mozzarella (Brand: Aldi Emporium)
- Garnish Chilli Flakes & Parsley

Evenly distribute into 4 servings & ENJOY!
Cooking instructions:
- Cook chicken on medium low heat for 6-8 mins (3-4 mins each side) till golden brown
- Cook pasta for 8 mins and remove 100ml of Pasta Water
- Turn down the heat completely when adding the milk and cream cheese. Let it thicken slowly then add the rest of the ingredients

How to Make CHICKEN PASTA Like an Italian
Chicken pasta, an unlikely combination for me (and very un-Italian!) but let me tell you, it left me wanting more. My version of chicken with pasta is hearty yet delicate and with an authentic Italian tomato passata, it is my way of making this dish the way an Italian would. Let me know if it passes the test – have I gone too far? Or would my Nonna be impressed? Either way this dish is not a classic but I have to admit, it’s scrumptious. Try it for yourself and let me know what you think!

SLOW COOKER OLIVE GARDEN CHICKEN PASTA

Such an easy pasta dinner! We love this with breadsticks and olive garden style salad.
RECIPE:
INGREDIENTS:
1.5 lbs. boneless skinless chicken breast (1.5-2 pounds works fine)
16 oz. Olive Garden Italian dressing (or any Italian dressing you like)
1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese
8 oz. cream cheese
¼ tsp. black pepper
Add these items after cooking time is up:
16 oz. penne pasta (cooked according to package directions and drain well)
¼ cup parmesan cheese
SLOW COOKER SIZE:
6-quart or larger
INSTRUCTIONS:
Add the chicken breasts to the slow cooker.
Pour over the Olive Garden Italian dressing and sprinkle over the parmesan cheese.
Place the cream cheese on top.
Place the lid on the slow cooker. Cook on HIGH for 4 hours or LOW for 5-6 hours.
When the cooking time is almost done, start cooking the pasta on the stovetop as directed on the package.
Shred the chicken with 2 forks. Drain the pasta and add to the chicken and sauce. Stir. Sprinkle over the remaining parmesan cheese.
Serve and enjoy!
