So by definition, Scampi is actually shrimp lol. BUT I think this is called Scampi because of the sauce! This dish is super infused with flavor. The Pepper Flakes definitely add some heat to it and apparently I'm the only one in the household that could handle it like this again. So, It goes on the list to make again, but without the Pepper Flakes ????
