Today I’m going to be sharing with you how To Make The easiest and most delicious bacon wrapped jalapeño popper stuffed chicken in the air fryer now let me tell you I’m not a big fan of the air fryer tbh my kids are the ones that use it for quick frozen after school snack such as pizza rolls ???? and me I use it to cook my bacon and tater tots, but this chicken is really really delicious my favorite part is quick and does t dry out the chicken ????

Típ: Make sure bacon is at room temperature and depending on your air fryer it will take between 10-15 minutes for your bacon to get nice and crispy.

You can tell your jalapeños are going to be spicy if they are marked as if they had stretch marks ☺️
Ingredients:
6 thin sliced chicken breast
3 large jalapeños
12 Bacon strips
7.5 oz garlic and herb whipped cream cheese
Mexican style blend cheese
Bacon bites
Black pepper
All purpose seasoning
Paprika

Bacon Wrapped Chicken
Today I made some bacon wrapped chicken breasts with a sauce using @sparklingice Black Raspberry. I love adding Sparkling Ice to my sauces and glazes for some extra flavor!
For this recipe, season the chicken breast with your favorite bbq seasoning, wrap them with thick cut bacon, and place on the grill at 350 degrees, indirect heat for 45 minutes.
For the sauce you need:
- 1/4 cup @sparklingice Black Raspberry
- 1/4 cup ketchup
- 1 tbsp apple cider vinegar
- 2 tbsp brown sugar
- 2 tbsp hot sauce
- 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
- 1 tbsp seasoning mix
Apply the sauce during the last 5 minutes of the cook. Remove from the grill, let them rest for 10 minutes and enjoy!

FULL RECIPE POST:
TRIPLE CHEESE STUFFED CHICKEN WRAPPED IN BACON | Serves 4
????INGREDIENTS????
- 4 Chicken Breasts
- 16 rashers Streaky Bacon
- 150g / 5.3oz Cream Cheese
- 1/3 cup / 75g Cheddar, grated
- 1/3 cup / 75g Mozzarella, shredded
- 1/4 cup / 50g BBQ Sauce
- 1/4 tsp Garlic Powder
- Smoked Paprika
- Salt & Pepper, to taste
- Olive Oil, for frying
- 16 Toothpicks
????METHOD????
- In a bowl, combine your cream cheese, cheddar, mozzarella, garlic powder and a pinch of salt and pepper. Place in the fridge until needed.
- Slice a pocket in the sides of each of your chicken breasts. Cut as far as you can without slicing right through, creating as much room as possible for the filling. Season all sides with a sprinkle of smoked paprika, salt and pepper.
- Evenly divide your filling and place in the pocket of each breast. Wrap in bacon then fasten the opening with 3-4 toothpicks.
- Fry over high heat for a few minutes to crisp the bacon, ensuring you sear all sides.
- Brush with BBQ sauce and bake in the oven at 200c/390f for 15mins, reglaze, then bake for another 5mins or until no longer pink.

BACON-WRAPPED CHICKEN TENDERS
Chicken tenders seasoned with spices wrapped in bacon and coated with brown sugar. They are so moist and delicious. I like to serve them with rice, sautéed vegetables or fresh vegetables and ranch. It can be baked, grilled, or in a smoker.
Recipe serves 3-4
10 Chicken tenders
10 Strips bacon
1 Tsp salt
1/2 Tsp black pepper
1 Tsp garlic powder
1 Tsp onion powder
1 Tsp chili powder
Brown sugar mixture:
1/3 Cup brown sugar-packed
1 Tbsp paprika
BBQ sauce or ranch dressing for serving
Bake 400F/204C for 18-22 minutes. Over cooking will make the chicken tender dry. Best to serve hot.
