1 0" pie shell
10 ounces chopped broccoli -- cooked 3
min & drained 2 cups diced & cooked chicken
1 cup shredded Swiss cheese
4 eggs
1 1/3 cups skim milk
1 tablespoon grated onion
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon coriander
1 teaspoon salt
Preheat oven to 450 degrees. Bake pie shell 6 minutes. Reduce heat to 325 degre es. Arrange broccoli with chicken and cheese in baked shell. Beat eggs with mil k, onion, sage, coriander, salt and pepper. Pour over broccoli and chicken. Bak e 50 minutes. Cool for 10-15 minutes. Recipe from "One Million Recipes CD"

Chicken & Broccoli Crustless Quiche Cups
Every home cook should have an easy quiche recipe in their arsenal! We'll show you how to take a classic dinner combo, chicken and cheesy broccoli, and turn it into the most delicious creamy quiche cups! This easy bake makes meal prep, school lunch, and healthier snack time an absolute dream! These make mealtimes *broc* ????????

Makes: 12
Hands-on time: 15 minutes
Hands-off time: 40 minutes
INGREDIENTS
1 tbsp oil
1 cup sliced mushrooms
1 cup broccoli, finely chopped
2 cups rotisserie chicken, shredded
2 spring onions, chopped, plus extra for garnish
¾ cup (94g) grated cheese
½ cup NESTLÉ Cremora Original
4 large eggs
½ tsp each salt and pepper
Serving suggestion:
Iced lemon water
Fruit salad
METHOD
1. Preheat the oven to 180°C and grease a 12-hole muffin tin with non-stick cooking spray.
2. In a pan, heat the oil over medium heat. Add the mushrooms and fry for 2 minutes. Add the broccoli and fry for a further 3 minutes. Remove the pan from the heat and cool for 5 minutes. *Chef’s Tip: For a vegetarian option, replace the chicken with diced baby marrows!
3. Stir in the shredded rotisserie chicken and spring onions.
4. Divide the mixture evenly between the muffin holes and sprinkle the cheese on top.
5. In a jug, whisk the NESTLÉ Cremora Original with 1¼ cup of hot water until smooth. Set aside for 5 minutes to cool.
6. Add the eggs and season with the salt and pepper. Whisk to combine. *Chef’s Tip: For extra flavour, add a pinch of mixed herbs!
7. Divide the egg mixture evenly between the muffin holes by pouring it over the chicken and veggies.
8. Bake for 20-25 minutes until the tops are golden and the quiches are cooked through. *Chef’s Tip: You’ll know they’re ready when they look firm!
9. Cool in the tin for 5 minutes. Using a butter knife, gently loosen the quiche cups from the tray and transfer to a wire rack to cool for 15 minutes.
10. Garnish the quiche cups with some chopped spring onions. Serve with a glass of iced lemon water and fruit salad on the side and ENJOY!

(8 inches removable base quiche pan / tart pan)
(A) Crust:-
1. 125g ( 1 cup ) All purpose flour
2. 1/4 tsp Salt
3. 85g ( 1/3 cup + 2 tbsps ) Butter cubes ( from fridge )
4. 1 tbsp Iced cold water
5. 2 cups rices ( for pressing crust while baking, avoid bulging due to heat )
Bake for 1st time in a preheated 150°C ~ 160°C oven for 15 minutes, & continue 2nd time baking for another 15 ~ 20 minutes till slightly golden brown crust.
Baking time & temperature may vary depending on the type and accuracy of oven. You may need to adjust your oven temperature accordingly.
(B) Fillings:-
1. 5 pcs Fresh button mushrooms ( sliced )
2. 1 clove Garlic ( finely chopped )
3. 1/2 Onion ( diced )
4. 20g Carrot ( diced )
5. 110g Chicken meat ( 1/2 chicken leg/skinless ~ diced )
6. 15g ( 1 1/2 tbsp ) Butter ( for stir frying )
7. 1/4 tsp Salt
8. A pinch of Sugar
9. Sprinkles of black pepper
10. 2 tbsps Green peas
11. 100ml Double cream
12. 1 Egg
13. 2 slices Cheddar cheese ( cutted into small pieces )
14. A few pieces of basil leaves ( optional )
Bake in a preheated 150°C ~ 160°C oven for 30 ~ 35 minutes or till golden brown on top.
Baking time & temperature may vary depending on the type and accuracy of oven. You may need to adjust your oven temperature accordingly.
