Whisk in broth and continue cooking over medium heat until sauce has thickened. Gradually stir in milk, whisking and cooking each time until thickened. Stir in spinach and set aside.
Lasagna
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F and lightly grease a 9×13″ baking dish.
Spread a thin layer of sauce in the bottom of the baking dish, then top with 3 lasagna noodles, 1/4 of the sauce, 1/3 of the chicken, 1/3 of the ham and 1/3 cup Mozzarella cheese. Repeat layers twice so that you have 3 layers of 3 lasagna noodles each.
Top with remaining 3 lasagna noodles, remaining 1/4 sauce, 1 cup mozzarella cheese and 1/4 cup Parmesan cheese.
Cover with a lightly greased piece of foil and bake for 40-45 minutes until noodles are tender (they will absorb the sauce and expand as they cook!).

I MADE THE EASIEST LASAGNA / HAM & MOZZARELLA LASAGNA RECIPE ????
Making lasagna has never been that easy. It is ridiculously simple, and super delicious. Crunchy outside, cheesy inside.
Make lasagne your comfort food!
Ingredients for Ham & Mozzarella Lasagna
For Béchamel : (10-15min)
2tbsp butter
2tbsp flour
500ml milk
1tsp nutmeg
Salt & Pepper
For Lasagna: (15min)
500gr mozzarella
200 gr ham (I used York Ham)
250 gr fresh lasagna sheets
70-90 gr rasped parmesan cheese
10 leaves of fresh basil leaves
It will cook in the oven for 25 minutes 200°C. Last 5 min take out the foil in order to have crunchy crust on top.
TIPS:
-If you buy fresh lasagna sheets you do not have to pre-cook them. For fresh lasagna sheets only oven cook will be perfect. However, if you cannot find fresh lasagna sheets, you can follow the same steps, after you cook the lasagna sheets according to the package instructions.
-You should make the lasagna at least 3 layers of filling. Make sure you put a right amount of filling in between the sheets. If you put too much of béchamel, it turns out a bit mashy and will not keep its shape.
-Finish the last lasagna sheet only with cheese and béchamel on top. Do not put basil on the last layer, because it turns out black. (You should put the basil o top after it comes out from oven)
Enjoy! :)
