2 1/2 lb Broiler-fryer chicken to
3 lb Broiler-fryer chicken, cut
-into serving pieces 1 ts Salt
1/4 ts Pepper
1/4 c Flour
1/2 c Butter or margarine
1 lg Finely chopped onion
2 Cloves garlic,
-peeled and crushed 3 tb Chopped parsley
3/4 c Red wine
1/2 ts Italian seasoning
8 oz Can tomato sauce
1 ts Dried sweet basil leaves
1 lb Raw, shelled deveined shrimp
1. Wash chicken and pat dry. Set aside.
2. In a plastic bag combine salt, pepper and flour. Coat each piece of
chicken with seasoned flour. 3. In a large, heat-resistant, non-metallic skillet melt butter on top of a
conventional surface unit. 4. Add chicken pieces and brown on all sides until golden brown.
5. Remove chicken pieces and set aside. Add onions and garlic to skillet.
Heat, uncovered, in Microwave Oven 1 1/2 minutes or until onion is tender. 6. Add chopped parsley, wine, ltalian seasoning, tomato sauce, and sweet

CREAMY MASHED POTATOES, SHRIMP AND PAN SEARED CHICKEN THIGHS WITH CREAMY WHITE WINE SAUCE | DINNER IDEA
????????SEASONING CHICKEN
1.25 lbs of chicken thighs
1 tablespoon of olive oil
1/2 of a lemon
1 tablespoon of creole seasoning
1/2 teaspoons of kick’n chicken
1/2 teaspoon of black pepper (more if desired)
1/2 teaspoons of smoked paprika
1 tablespoons of minced garlic
1 tablespoons of chopped parsley
Cut up bell peppers and onions
MAKING SAUCE
2 tablespoon of butter
1/2 of a onion (chopped up)
2 minced garlic
1/2 cup of Pinot Grigo
1 cup of heavy whipping cream
1/2 teaspoon of salt
1/2 teaspoons of onion powder
1 tablespoon of All natural Parmesan Romano cheese powder
1 teaspoons of parsley (more or less if desired)
STEP ONE
Chop up onion, garlic and parsley and set to the side.
STEP TWO
wash chicken thighs with cold or warm water to clean it use paper towels to whip chicken dry as seen in the video. Once chicken is all dry put it into a bowl and season chicken
Add 1 tablespoon of olive oil
1/2 of a lemon
1 tablespoon of creole seasoning
1/2 teaspoons of kick’n chicken
1/2 teaspoon of black pepper (more if desired)
1/2 teaspoons of smoked paprika
1 tablespoons of minced garlic
1 tablespoons of chopped parsley
Cut up belle peppers and onions
STEP FOUR
Put a skillet on the stove at medium high heat 6/7
When skillet gets hot add 2 tablespoon of butter onto the pan. Once butter has melted add the chicken thighs let them cook for approximately 7 to 8 minutes on each side. Once chicken thighs are done cooking remove them all from the pan and put it on a plate and set to the side.
STEP FIVE
On that same pot still on the same heat add the chopped up onion and 2 minced garlic cloves let cook for 2 minutes. Next add 1/2 cup of Pinot Grigo let simmer for 1 minute then add 1 cup of heavy whipping cream. Mix everything together add 1/2 teaspoons of salt and 1/2 teaspoon of onion powder and 2 tablespoons of All natural Parmesan Romano cheese powder mix well and let cook for about 4 minutes then turn off heat.
STEP SIX (optional)
Place chicken thighs back on the pan and add some parsley at the top as a garnish.
????????????GARLIC BUTTER MASHED POTATO INGREDIENTS
6 to 7 red skin potatoes (more or less depending on size)
7 cups of water
1 tablespoons of salt
3 garlic cloves (minced)
2 tablespoons of parsley (minced)
5 tablespoons of salted butter
1 cup of heavy whipping cream
1/4 cup of chives and onions Philadelphia cream cheese
1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
1 and teaspoons of salt (more or less depending on you)
Parsley (minced)
INSTRUCTIONS FOR GARLIC BUTTER MASHED POTATOES
Step 1 – Wash and peel the potatoes.
Once washed, cut them into 1 to 2 inch pieces.
Step 2 – Boil the potatoes.
Place the potatoes in a large pot and fill it with 7 cups of water or just enough water to cover the potatoes. Once the water is in, add 1 tablespoon of salt to the water. Finally, cover the pot and heat over high heat 8/9. Bring the water to a boil and then let them cook for 15 to 20 minutes or until they easily break apart with a fork. Drain the potatoes and then place them back in the pot.
Step 3- Garlic butter sauce.
Add a skillet on the stove at low heat 4/5 add 5 tablespoons of salted butter and 3 minced garlic cloves. Let the butter melt and cook the garlic for 1 to 2 minute then turn off heat.
Step 4– Mix the potatoes.
Use a potato masher, hand mixer, or stand mixer to begin mashing the potatoes. Slowly Add the butter garlic sauce, 1 cup of heavy whipping cream, chives and onions Philadelphia cream cheese, 1 teaspoons of salt, 1/2 cup of parmesan cheese and then parsley as seen in the video. Let cook for 2 to 3 minutes until everything has melted into the mash potatoes. Turn heat to low to keep mashed potatoes warm.
????????????GARLIC AND HERBS SHRIMP INGREDIENTS
6 large shrimps peeled and deveined tail on
1 teaspoon of lemon juice
1 teaspoon of olive
1/4 teaspoons of Tony’s creole seasoning
1/4 teaspoons of kick’n chicken seasoning
1/4 teaspoons smoked paprika
1 minced garlic clove
Minced parsley
INSTRUCTIONS FOR SHRIMP
Step one
Cleaning shrimp with lemon juice and rinse it out. Pat the shrimp dry with a paper towel.
Step two
Season shrimp with
1 teaspoon of lemon juice
1 teaspoon of olive
1/4 teaspoons of Tony’s creole seasoning
1/4 teaspoons of kick’n chicken seasoning
1/4 teaspoons smoked paprika
1 minced garlic clove
Minced parsley
INSTRUCTIONS FOR COOKING SHIMP
Put a skillet on the stove and medium 6/7 Add 1 tablespoon of butter to a skillet. Let it get hot then put the shrimp on the skillet cook for 2 to 3 minutes on each side. Remove from heat once done.

Chicken Fricassée is a traditional French chicken stew made with browned chicken pieces braised in a creamy white mushroom sauce. A rustic family style meal that's easy enough for midweek, it's almost like the white sauce version of Coq au Vin - except it's so much faster to make!

Creamy garlic parm shrimp
Serves 2
3-4 Table spoons neutral oil (Grape seed or sunflower oil)
1 lb Peeled deveined shrimp size 8-12
2 Tablespoons Salted butter
1 Tablespoon minced garlic
1/4 cup white wine (Chardonay)
1/2 cup Heavy cream
1/2 cup Grated parmesan cheese
Salt & Black Pepper to taste
Optional Garnish: Chopped parsley & Chili flakes
1. Add oil to a pan on medium heat.
2. Season the shrimp with salt and black pepper. Make sure to get both sides.
3. When the oil is hot, carefully add the shrimp. Cook each side for 2 minutes. When they’re done remove and reserve.
4. Discard any excess oil. Turn the heat down to medium low. Add the butter and let it melt.
5. Next add minced garlic. Fry until its fragrant or turns a light blonde color (about 1-2 minutes).
6. After that add the wine and let it reduce.
7. When the wine is almost dry combine the heavy cream, parmesan cheese and continue to reduce.
8. When the sauce is at your desired consisgtency season with salt to taste.
9. Finish with the chopped parsley and the cooked shrimp from earlier.
10. Serve hot with more chopped parsley and red pepper flakes.

A crispy chicken with an amazing tasty tarragon sauce. The sauce is made from chicken stock, red wine vinegar, shallots, garlic and dried tarragon herbs. It's emulsified with butter for that smooth, creamy buttery flavour. The beauty of this chicken is that it gently cooks in the sauce, rendering it tasty and staying juicy while the skin on top roasts into a beautiful crisp. It's quite simple to make but please buy a whole chicken and make the stock yourself. You will have plenty left over, so freeze it for your next dish. If you don't have time then cut corners, it will still be an awesome chicken. Enjoy my Crispy Chicken in red wine vinegar or as known in France, Poulet au vinaigre de vin.

Pappardelle pasta

2 tbsps. unsalted butter
