Creamy Avocado Soup/Chicken Swizz roll with stuffed Walnut Mousse/Sauté Veggies/Award Winning Recipe
Assalamualikum to all my Viewers,
Im very happy to share my award winning recipe with you, always support me and my channel and help to grow more by sharing more wonderful recipes with you all. I request you all to watch my recipes as much as possible and share the same.

Chicken Swiss Roll Stuff with walnut and chicken Mousse
Ingredients
400 gms Chicken Breast
50 gms Walnut
1 Strand of Rosemary Leaves
Ginger Garlic Paste Tablespoon
1-2 tsp Dry Red Chili Flakes
1/2 tsp Oregano/Basil
1 Small Tomato Chopped
1/2 Onion Chopped
5-6 Garlic Pods Chopped
200ml Cooking Cream
Food Grade Plastic Wrap/ and thread to tie the chicken roll.
100 gms Butter
Oil 1 tablespoon
2 Avocado Chopped
Few Spring Onions Chopped
Few Baby Carrot/Silted
Few Baby Corn/ Long sliced
Few Baby Beets/Sliced
Few Baby Asparagus
2 tsp honey
½ Lemon
Black pepper powder
Salt
PREPARATION
Chicken Swiss Roll with Walnut Chicken Mousse Stuffing with sauté veggies.
1.Take a Pan, add 10-15 gms butter and once the butter begins to melt add walnuts along with few rosemary leaves and ½ tsp dry red chili flakes and roast them well. Once roasted add pinch of salt and roast for another 1 to 2 minutes and switch off the flame and let it cool down completely.
2.Now take the chicken breast and slit them apart like as if you make a sheet of it, chop of the excess chicken and use the excess chicken to make the mousse.
3.Now check on the walnuts, once they are cool down. Add them to the blender along with chicken chunks and blend into a fine smooth paste like mousse.
4. Take the silted chicken sheets, using a flat hammer try to flatten the chicken like a proper sheet, so that it could be easy for us to roll out.
5. Now Spread the Ginger Garlic paste onto the chicken sheets, sprinkle some black pepper powder and salt, then spread the walnut chicken mousse over.
6. Now Gently, roll the chicken and wrap the thread around the chicken and tie a tight knot to keep the roll intact, so that we when we boil the chicken it does not wobble. Now wrap the chicken rolls in the food grade plastic wraps and tie the warp well from both the sides.
(Incase, you don’t have plastic wraps you can steam the chicken instead of boiling)
7. In a Pot add, enough water for the chicken to boil. Once the water is semi hot, add the wrapped chicken roll to the pot and close and let it boil for 10 to 15 minutes.
8. After 15 minutes, turn the wrap and boil for another 5-20 minutes. Once its boiled switch off the flame and remove it and let it cool down.
9. Once its completely cool, unwrap the roll and remove the threads and slice off the chicken rolls.
10.Take a Pan or a grill pan, add 1 tablespoon of oil and heat. Now add the chicken roll carefully and cook them on both sides until they are crispy.
11. Same pan, add 20 grams butter and add all the chopped veggies for sauté, add some honey, black pepper, lemon and salt and sauté for 2-5 minutes.
Delicious Chicken swiss Roll with Walnut Chicken Mousse and sauté veggies is ready to be served.
Creamy Avocado Soup
1. Take a Dutch pot to make soup, add 75 gms butter. As the butter begins to melt as in chopped garlic along with some rosemary leaves /sauté for 2 minutes.
2. Add chopped onions and sauté until it turns translucent. Now, add tomatoes and cook for about 2 minutes and add chopped avocadoes.
3. Add some black pepper and salt and mix well and cook for another 2 minutes.
4. Now add the cream and mix well, cook until in comes to boil.
5. Take hand mix blender to blend the avocado cream mixture into fine and smooth creamy texture.
6. Let it boil until it pops up, now add 1 glass of water. Stir well and boil for 2 minutes. As it boils, add oregano and basil along with salt and pepper.
7. Stir all them well together and cook for 2-3 minutes and switch off the flame.
Delicious Creamy Avocado Soup is Ready to be served.

Ingredients:
For the chicken:
3 Chicken breasts, skinless
1-2 tablespoons Oil
1/2 teaspoon Salt
1/4 teaspoon Pepper
1 teaspoon Garlic powder
1 teaspoon Paprika
1 teaspoon Dried oregano
For the salad:
2-3 Celery stalks, chopped
1/2 Green apple, chopped
3 Green onions, chopped
1/4 Red onion, chopped
2 tablespoons Parsley, chopped
4-5 leaves Lettuce, chopped
1/2 cup (45g) Almonds, chopped or any other nuts
1/2 cup (65g) Dried cranberries/raisins
For the dressing:
4 tablespoons Mayonnaise, low fat
1 tablespoon Greek yogurt, low fat
1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
2 tablespoons Lemon juice
Salt to taste
Pepper to taste
Directions:
1. In a bowl, mix oil, salt, pepper, garlic powder, oregano and paprika. Place the chicken in the bowl and mix until full coated. Let marinate for 1 hour (optional).
2. Heat a large pan or skillet over medium heat. Add marinated chicken and cook for 4-5 minutes on each side, or until fully cooked. Remove from heat and set aside to cool, while preparing the vegetables.
3. To a large bowl add chopped celery, chopped apple, cranberries, chopped green onion, chopped red onion, chopped parsley, chopped almonds, chopped lettuce.
4. Cut chicken breast into small pieces and add to the salad.
5. Make the dressing: in a small bowl, mix all dressing ingredients and well combined.
6. Add the dressing to the salad and mix.
7. Serve!

Creamy Peri Peri Chicken Pasta
This Peri Peri Chicken Pasta is easy to make and will be done in under in 15 minutes.
All you need:
• 1 Chicken breasts
• 2 Shalott onions
• Olive oil
• Piri Piri Seasoning (oregano, salt, sweet paprika, chilli flakes)
• 2 tsp tomato paste
• 200-250ml Coconut cream (or other cooking cream)
• Cherry tomatoes
• Spinach
• 2 handfuls of Mozzarella cheese
• 250g Pasta (pre boil for 3-4 min and let finish in the pan together with the sauce)
