oil 1-2 tbsp
cumin seeds 1 tsp

beef mince 350 gms

red chilli flakes 1/2 tsp

Beef Mince Macaroni Recipe in English:
Ingredients:
500g Beef mince
2 cup Macaroni
1 tbsp Oil
1 cup Onion (chopped)
1 tsp Ginger garlic paste
2 cup Tomato puree
Salt to taste
1 tsp Red chili powder
1 ½ tbsp Tomato paste
1 tbsp Soya sauce
1 tbsp Chili sauce
1 ½ tbsp Oyster sauce
2 tsp Italian seasoning
Spring onion for garnish
Black olives for garnish
Sweet corn for garnish
Cheddar cheese for garnish
Directions:
Bring a pot of lightly salted water to boil. Add oil, macaroni and cook until done.
Rinse macaroni in cold water and set aside.
In a pan heat oil, add onion and cook until translucent.
Add ginger garlic paste, mince and cook until mince changes its color.
Add tomato puree, red chili powder, salt, tomato paste, water and mix it well.
Add one cup of water, cover and cook on medium flame for 5 to 10 minutes or until beef is cooked.
Then add soya sauce, oyster sauce, chili sauce, Italian seasoning and mix it well.
Add macaroni, cheese, olives, corns, cover and cook on low flame until cheese melts.
Garnish with spring onion and serve hot.
Preparation time: 10 minutes
Cooking time: 30 minutes
Serving: 3-4

ترکیب:
ایک پین میں پانی، نمک،کھانے کا تیل اور میکرونی ڈال کر ابال لیں۔
اب اس میکرونی کو ٹھنڈے پانی میں چھان لیں۔
پھر ایک پین میں کھانے کا تیل گرم کر کے اس میں پیازڈال کر تھوڑا سا پکا لیں۔
اب اس میں ادرک لہسن پیسٹ اور قیمہ ڈال کر قیمے کا رنگ تبدیل ہونے تک پکائیں۔
پھر اس میں پسے ہوئے ٹماٹر، لال مرچ پاؤڈر، نمک، ٹماٹر پیسٹ اور پانی ڈال کر اچھی طرح مکس کر لیں۔
اب اس میں پانی ڈال کر ڈھکن سے ڈھانپ کر درمیانی ہلکی آنچ پر بیف اچھی طرح پکنے تک پکائیں۔
پھر اس میں سویا ساس، اوسٹر ساس، چِلی ساس اور اٹالین سیزننگ ڈال کر اچھی طرح مکس کریں۔
اب اس میں میکرونی، چیز، کالا زیتون، سویٹ کارن ڈال کر ڈھکن سے ڈھانپ کر ہلکی آنچ پر چیز پکنے تک پکائیں۔
سبز دھنیے کے ساتھ گارنش کر کے سرو کریں۔

-Olive oil 3 tbs
-Beef qeema (Beef mince) 250 gms
-Pyaz (onion) chopped 1 large
-Lehsan paste (Garlic paste) ½ tbs
-Lal mirch powder (Red chili powder) ½ tbs or to taste
-Namak (Salt) 1 tsp or to taste
-Kali mirch powder (Black pepper powder) ½ tsp
-Dried oregano 1 tsp
-Tamatar (Tomatoes) 250 gms (blanched & grinded)
-Tomato paste 1 tbs
-Worcestershire sauce 1 tbs
-Soy sauce 1 tbs
-Pani (Water) ½ Cup or as required
-Fresh basil leaves chopped ½ tbs
-Elbow macaroni 200 gms (Boiled as per pack’s instructions)
-Cheddar cheese grated 1 Cup or as required
-Fresh basil leaves chopped
Directions:
-In pot,add olive oil,beef mince and mix well until changes color.
-Add onion,garlic paste and mix well for 2 minutes.
-Add red chili powder,salt,black pepper powder,dried oregano and mix well.
-Add grinded tomatoes,mix well and cook for 4-5 minutes.
-Add tomato paste,worcestershire sauce,soy sauce and mix well.
-Add water,mix well and bring it to boil.
-Add fresh basil leaves and mix.
-Cover and cook on low flame for 12-15 minutes.
-Add boiled elbow macaroni and give it a good mix.
-Add cheddar cheese,fresh basil leaves,cover and cook on low flame until cheese melts (approx. 2-3 minutes).
