How To make Chili Cheese Roll
1 8 oz package American
-cheese, grated 1 3 oz package cream cheese
1/8 ts Garlic powder
1/4 c Chopped pecans
2 tb Chili powder
** %%%%% CHILI CHEESE ROLL %%%%% ** Have cheese at room temperature; mix both until well blended. Stir in garlic powder and pecans. Form into a roll about 10 inches long. Spread the chili powder on waxed paper and coat the outside of cheese with the chili powder by rolling over the waxed paper. Chill. Slice and serve with crackers or Melba toast. INGREDIENTS
8 egg rolls
8 hot dogs
1 (15 oz.) can chili
1/2 c. minced white onion
1 c. shredded Cheddar
2 tbsp. finely chopped chives
Vegetable oil, for frying
Ketchup, for dipping
Mustard, for dipping
DIRECTIONS
1. Place an egg roll wrapper on a clean surface in a diamond shape and place a hot dog on top, trimming the hot dog ends if necessary to fit. Top with a spoonful of chili, white onion, cheddar and chives.
2. Fold up bottom half and tightly fold in sides. Gently roll, then seal fold with a couple drops of water. Repeat with remaining ingredients.
In a large skillet over medium heat, heat oil (it should reach 1 up the side of pan) until it starts to bubble.
3. Add egg rolls and fry until golden, 2 minute per side. Transfer to a paper towel-lined plate to cool slightly. Serve warm with ketchup and mustard for dipping.

Ingredients for Chili Cheese Filling:
Mozzarella cheese (grated) 2 cups
Capsicum (chopped) 1 cup
Green chilies (chopped) 1/2 cup
Chili sauce 1 tbsp
Salt 1 tsp
Black pepper 1/2 tbsp
Ingredients for Chili Cheese Bread Rolls:
Chili Cheese Filling as required
Beaten eggs as required
Bread crumbs as required
Bread slices as required
Water (for brushing) as required
Oil (for frying) as required
Directions for Chili Cheese Filling Preparation:
1. In a bowl add mozzarella cheese, capsicum, green chilies, chili sauce, salt and black pepper. Mix it well and set aside.

2. Now take a bread slice, remove the edges and flatten it with a rolling pin.
3. Fill it with the chili cheese mixture, roll it and bind it with water.
