How To make Chili with Kidney Beans
3 Garlic cloves; minced
2 tb Oil
4 lb Lean ground beef
6 Onions; chopped
4 Green bell peppers; chopped
6 cn Whole tomatoes (1-lb size)
4 cn Red kidney beans (1-lb size)
- drained 2 cn Tomato paste (6 oz size)
1/4 c Chili powder
1 ts White vinegar
3 ds Red pepper
3 Whole cloves
1 Bay leaf
Salt, pepper Rice (optional) Saute garlic in oil in large heavy kettle until golden. Crumble in beef and cook 10 minutes, or until evenly browned. Pour some of oil and drippings into skillet. Add onions and green peppers and cook until tender. Add to cooked meat with tomatoes, kidney beans, tomato paste, chili powder, vinegar, red pepper, cloves and bay leaf, and season to taste with salt and pepper. Cook, covered, over low heat 1 hour. If too dry, add additional tomatoes. If too liquid, uncover and simmer longer. Serve with rice, if desired.

- 500g Minced Beef
- 1 Onion

Hope ya'll enjoy! The ingredients list is kinda long, but once you get all of your ingredients together everything else is a piece of cake! From time to time I like to experiment with different flavors to see what I can come up with. This is one of my many ways to make chili. It's so GOOD! Feel free to take out any ingredient that you don't like, this recipe is very forgiving.This chili taste BEST when served immediately after cooking.

Chili Recipe
Here's what I used in the video:
Power Quick Pot ( I'm using a 10 Qt)
1 Green bell pepper
3 Celery stalks
1 Yellow onion
5 Garlic cloves
2 lbs. of Ground beef (I used 80/20 lean)
2 Tsp Oregano
2 Tsp Brown sugar
2 Tsp Coriander
4 Tbsp Chili powder
3 Tbsp Ground Cumin
2 Tsp Dried Thyme
1 Tsp Smoked paprika
1/2 Tsp Dried Basil leaves
1/2 Tsp Black pepper
1/4 tsp Cayenne Pepper (to taste, gradually add more as needed)
Salt to taste ( I used 1 1/2 tsp)
1 Bay Leaf
4 Tbsp Green onions
2 16 oz Cans Kidney beans (rinsed and drained)
1/2 cup canned Black beans
1- 28 oz Can Hunts Diced tomatoes (with juices)
1- 29 oz Can Hunts Tomato sauce
1- 14.5 oz Can Swanson Chicken broth (low sodium)
2 Tsp Worcestershire sauce

Ingredients like lentils, black beans, onions, peppers, and tomatoes meld with a blend of aromatic spices such as chili powder, cumin, and smoked paprika to create a dish with robust and comforting flavors.
INGREDIENTS:
2 tablespoons olive oil
1 large onion
3 cloves garlic
1 red bell pepper
¼ teaspoon red pepper flakes or 1½ tablespoons chili powder blend, not pure chili powder. Adjust spiciness to taste.
2 teaspoons ground cumin
1½ teaspoons smoked paprika
½ teaspoon dried oregano
2 tablespoons tomato paste
2 bay leaves
1 cup (200 grams) of dried lentils green or brown
2 cans (15 ounces each) (460 grams) of beans or 3 cups of cooked beans. We use 1 can of black beans and 1 can of kidney beans
2 cans (15 ounces each) (800 grams) crushed tomatoes
4 cups (1 liter) vegetable broth or more as needed to fully cook the lentils
1 teaspoon salt or more to taste
2 twists of black pepper
SERVES WELL WITH
2 limes, the juice
1¼ cups (240 grams) brown rice or tortilla
quick pickled red onions or pickled jalapeños
vegan sour cream, regular sour cream, or Greek yogurt
