How To make Chinesey Chicken Wings
Ingredients

pound
chicken, wings
1
salt, to taste
1
pepper, to taste
5
tablespoon
honey
4
tablespoon
soy sauce
3
tablespoon
sugar, brown
1
tablespoon
garlic, clove, minced
1
teaspoon
lemon, juice
6
each
peppercorns
1
cup
water, hot
Directions:
Cut tips from chicken wings and reserve for another use. Cut remaining wing in half at joint. Rinse chicken and pat dry. Set in ungreased, shallow baking pan in single layer. Sprinkle with salt and pepper. Mix together in a small jar the remaining ingredients; cover and shake well. Pour over wings. Cover pan with foil and bake for 2 hours at 325 degrees.
Remove foil, reduce heat to 300 degrees and continue baking another 30 minutes, basting wings with drippings every 10 minutes. When wings are brown, remove and drain on paper towels.
Serve hot or cold.

- sprinkle some white pepper
- oyster sauce and soya sauce
- Chinese white wine and chopped garlic
- cornflour and olive oil
method
- get a plate of cake flour and 1-2 beaten egg
- dip chicken wings in egg then flour
- put the chicken in medium heat oil, test with flour
deep fry until golden 6-10min

Today, I share my healthy version of air-fried CRISPY chicken wings tossed in a sour and savory garlic sauce. You NEED to give these refreshing and crispy Vietnamese Inspired Chicken Wings a try; they are perfect for the summer!
Everyone’s definition of “HEALTHY” is different; for me, healthy means less sugar, more whole foods, and no deep-frying. You can adjust my recipes based on your dietary restrictions. For example, if you are cutting out sugar, I recommend using monk sugar, and if you are cutting out gluten, I recommend using rice flour.
