How To make Chocolate Creme De Mints
2 c Milk Chocolate Chips;Nestles
1/4 c Sour Cream
2 1/2 T Mint Flavored Liqueur
Melt over hot (not boiling) water, milk chocolate chips; stir until smooth. Remove from heat. Blend in sour cream. Stir in mint flavored liqueur. Transfer to a small bowl. Chill until thickened, about 30 minutes. Fill pastry bag fitted with decorative tip; pipe 1-inch candies onto foil-lined cookie sheets. Chill until ready to serve.

The combination of bittersweet chocolate and delicious mint is a classic one. And today we're going to be whipping up this dynamic duo in brownie form! These Mint Chocolate Brownies have a fudgy brownie base, a creamy mint layer, and they are topped with a silky chocolate ganache.

How to Make Mint Fondant Chocolates - Old Family Recipe
You can choose whatever flavor you want, but with this recipe, and a little luck, you'll be to make the most decadent and delicious fondant filled chocolate candies you've ever tasted. My great grandma used to make these mints all the time. Now it's a winter tradition to make a few batches and give them to friends and family.

Here's the recipe:
MINT CHOCOLATE MARTINI
1 oz. (30ml) Whipped Cream Vodka
1/2 oz. (15ml) Creme De Cocoa
1/2 oz. (15ml) Creme De Menthe
2 oz. (60ml) Half & Half
Whipped Cream
Chocolate Shavings
Mint Leaves
PREPARATION
1. Fill a cocktail shaker with ice. Add vodka, creme de cocoa, creme de menthe and half & half. Shake.
2. Pour mix into martini glasses and top with a dollop of whipped cream, a sprinkle of chocolate shavings and mint leaves. Enjoy responsibly!

Makes 16 cookies
Ingredients:
25g Mint leaves
1/2 cup (100g) Sugar
1/2 cup (115g) Softened butter
1 Egg
1½ cups (190g) Flour
3/4 teaspoon Baking powder
1/4 teaspoon Baking soda
1/4 teaspoon Salt
1/3 cup (55g) Chocolate chips
Directions:
1. In a bowl, place mint leaves and sugar. Then, using a hand blender, blend it until smooth paste forms.
2. Add butter and mix until combined. Add egg and mix until combined.
3. Sift in flour, baking powder, baking soda and salt. Mix until dough is formed. Add chocolate chips and give it a last mix.
4. Cover and refrigerate for 30 minutes.
5. Preheat oven to 350F (180C). Line two baking trays with parchment paper.
6. Take the dough out of the fridge and shape the dough into balls and arrange them on a baking sheet, leaving at least 2 inches (5 cm) of space between the cookies.
7. Bake for 10-12 minutes, or until the edges are golden.
8. Allow to cool before serving.
