How To make Chocolate Malted Pie
1 8 serving pk chocolate pudding and pie filling, -- not
instant 3 c 1% milk
4 oz bittersweet baking chocolate
1/3 c malted milk powder
1 6 oz ready to fill graham cracker crumb crust
1 c heavy cream
1 ts sugar
3/4 c malted milk balls, each cut in 3 or 4 piec
2 tbsp bottled chocolate syrup or sauce
Cook pudding according to package direction, using the 3 cups milk. Remove from heat, add chocolate and stir until melted. Stir in malted milk powder. Cool mixture 5 minutes, stirrin often, then pour into crumb crust. Cover and refrigerate at least 2 hours.
Up to 1 hour before serving: Beat cream and sugar with electric mixer until soft peaks form when beaters are lifted. Spread cream over chocolate filling. Sprinkle with the chopped malted milk balls and drizzle with chocolate syrup. Refrigerate until serving time.

Chocolate Malt Ice Cream
Recipe in English:
Ingredients:
-Ice cubes
-Cream chilled 400 ml
-Condensed milk ¼ Cup
-Namak (Salt) 1 pinch
-Vanilla essence 2 tsp
-Horlicks chocolate powder ¾ Cup
-Chocolate brownie 3-4 pieces
Directions:
-In large bowl,add ice cubes and place a bowl over it.
-In chilled bowl,add cream and beat until fluffy (4-5 minutes).
-Add condensed milk,salt,vanilla essence and beat again.
-Add Horlicks chocolate powder,chocolate brownie and fold gently until combined.
-Now add the mixture in airtight container/jar,cover with lid and freeze it for 8 hours to overnight in freezer (yields 1 litre).
-In serving glass,add chocolate ice cream and drizzle chocolate syrup.
-Garnish with wafer,cherry & serve!

-Horlicks chocolate powder aur chocolate brownie dal ker gently fold ker lein.
-Ab mixture ko air-tight container/jar mein dal dein aur lid laga ker 8 hours ya overnight kliya freezer mein freeze ker lein (yields 1 litre).
-Serving glass mein chocolate ice cream dal ker chocolate syrup drizzle karein.
-Wafer aur cherry sa garnish ker ka serve karein.

This recipe for Malteser Cupcakes is a good way of ensuring that you use up an open bag of the little crispy blighters. Light and malty, it is packed full of the things! Please note that if you are overseas, an alternative can be found in Whoppers, which are practically the same.
RECIPE
For the cupcakes -
5g cocoa powder
25g Horlicks (Malted milk drink powder, Ovaltine or Milo are good alternatives)
95g Self-raising flour
125g caster sugar
¼ tsp bicarbonate of soda
Pinch of salt
135g unsalted butter, softened
2 large free-range eggs
¼ tsp vanilla extract
1 ½ tbsp whole milk
For the buttercream-
200g unsalted butter, softened
450g icing sugar, sifted
4 tbsp whole milk
¼ tsp vanilla extract
