Chocolate Cake Recipe Ingredients:
170g Dark chocolate
380g Coconut milk
220g Oats
Chocolate Cake Recipe Preparation:
Cut 170g of good quality dark chocolate
Boil 380g of coconut milk
Pour 380g of coconut milk to melt the chocolate
Add 220g Oats
I used a 15cm diameter mold
Refrigerate 30 minutes

Ingredients:
6oz (170g) Dark chocolate, high quality
375ml Coconut milk, full fat
2¾ cups (220g) Quick oats
Directions:
1. Grease a 7-inch (18cm) round cake pan with butter/oil, line the bottom with parchment paper. Grease the parchment as well. Set aside.
2. Chop the chocolate and lace in a heat proof bowl.
3. In a small saucepan bring the coconut milk to a simmer, then pour over the chocolate. Let sit for 2 minutes, then stir until melted and smooth.
4. Add quick oats and stir until combined.
5. Pour the batter into the pan. Let cool to room temperature, then Refrigerate until set, at least 4 hours.
6. Serve with fresh fruits.
Notes:
• This cake is not so sweet as we not using any sugar except the chocolate, If you prefer a bit sweeter cake add 1-2 tablespoons of sugar or any other sweetened while simmering the coconut milk.
• Keep refrigerated up to 5 days.

Today I'm going to show you how to make healthy oatmeal cake with chocolate.
This guilt-free cake is full good for you ingredients, such as honey and cocoa powder. Also, this healthy chocolate cake is so easy to make, it's gluten-free and sugar-free.

Here's what I cover in this video:
First, we're going to make the cake batter. Instead of sugar and plain flour, we're using honey and oatmeal.
Next, I'm going to show you how to make dark chocolate ganache. All you have to do is to pour the hot cream over the chocolate, and gently stir until it melts.
At the end you'll have oatmeal cake covered with rich and smooth chocolate ganache.
This healthy cake is so delicious and still it's guilt free dessert you can eat even for breakfast.
As usual I suggest you 3 different ways how you can serve this cake and bring it to a next level. First, and definitely my favorite, is mixed berry sauce. It tastes so good with the chocolate ganache. Next, is honey glazed walnuts. You can have these bad boys as a healthy snack too. And last, peanut butter whipped cream. It's light, but still has that peanut butter flavor, which works so good with the chocolate.

OATMEAL CHOCOLATE CAKE RECIPE
Ingredients:
1.5 cups ground oats (or oat flour) (150g)
1 cup quick oats (90g)
2 tbsp cocoa powder
1 tsp baking soda
2 eggs
1/2 cup melted butter (120g)
1 cup plain yogurt (285g)
3/4 cup honey (255g)
5 oz dark chocolate (150g)
2/3 cups heavy cream (160g)
Preparation:
In a bowl, combine wet ingredients, eggs, honey, yogurt and melted butter.
In another bowl, combine dry ingredients, ground oats, quick oats, cocoa powder and baking soda. Pour dry ingredients into the wet ingredients, mixing together to combine.
Pour into prepared baking dish 8 by 8 inch, smooth the top and bake at 350F(180C) degrees for 30 minutes.
Set aside and let it a bit.
Meanwhile, prepare the ganache. Roughly chop dark chocolate and place into a glass bowl. Pour the cream into a pot and bring it to heat, do not boil. Add the hot cream to the chocolate and stir gently until smooth. Let it cool for 2-3 minutes.
Pour the ganache over the chocolate cake and spread out evenly. Place it in the fridge overnight.
Transfer the cake to the cutting board and cut in squares.
Serve with mixed berry sauce, honey glazed walnuts or peanut butter heavy cream.

MIXED BERRY SAUCE RECIPE
Ingredients:
1 cup frozen mixed berries (150g)
1 tbsp honey
Preparation:
Place the berries and honey into a small saucepan.
Bring it to boil, lower the heat and simmer for 5 minutes.
HONEY GLAZED WALNUTS
Ingredients:
1 cup walnuts (125g)
1 tbsp butter
1-2 tbsp honey
Preparation:
Melt the butter and honey in the skillet, over medium heat.
Add the walnuts and gently fry for 5 minutes.
Transfer the glazed walnuts onto a lined baking sheet, and let it completely cool.
PEANUT BUTTER WHIPPED CREAM
Ingredients:
1 cup heavy cream (240g)
1 tbsp honey
1-2 tbsp peanut butter
Preparation:
Place all the ingredients into a large bowl.
Using a hand mixer whip the cream until soft peaks form.
