How To make Chocolate Or Cocoa Waffles
Servings: 1
3 ea Eggs
1 c Milk
1/2 c Sugar
1/2 ts Salt
1/2 c Fat; softened or melted
1 3/4 c Flour
1/4 c Cocoa
2 ts Baking powder
Vanilla; optional
Sift baking powder, salt and cocoa with flour. Seperate whites and yolks of eggs. Beat the yolks, add some of the milk and blend well. Add sugar to milk and eggs, stirring to dissolve sugar. Add dry ingredients all at once. Add melted fat. Last, fold in stiffly beaten egg whites. Bake on waffle iron. Serve as a dessert with whipped cream. Try these super exquisite Chocolate Waffles using Ajanta Cocoa Powder, Baking Powder, and Baking Soda. Incredibly easy to make from scratch with only one bowl in only 30 minutes! Crisp on the outside, tender on the inside, filled with rich chocolate flavor. Is there anything better?????????????
Recipe ????
Ingredients -
???? Refined flour - 1 cup
???? Powdered sugar/ Icing sugar - 1/4 cup
???? Ajanta Baking Soda - 1/2 tsp
???? Ajanta Baking Powder - 1 tsp
???? Ajanta Cocoa Powder - 1.5 tbsp
???? Milk - 1/2 cup
???? Melted butter - 2 tbsp
???? Icecream and Chocolate Syrup ( for serving)
Method -
???? Mix 1 cup refined flour, 1/4 cup powdered sugar, 1/2 tsp Ajanta Baking Soda, 1.5 tbsp Ajanta Cocoa Powder , 1 tsp Ajanta Baking Powder and 2 tbsp melted butter in a bowl. Whisk it well.
???? Add 1/2 cup milk in batches and make pouring consistency batter. Keep it aside.
???? Take any waffle maker and brush it with some butter. Preheat waffle maker for 5 minutes and then drop 2-3 tbsp prepared batter in the center of waffle maker. Slightly spread it all over and cook for 1 minute.
???? Cover the waffle maker and cook it for 10 -15 minutes until it turns nice and crispy. Take it out and cools down completely. Serve it with some scoops of vanilla ice cream and chocolate syrup.

SECOND METHOD:

Today I made all of the types of hot chocolate known to man. Or at least it felt like that. Really we made hot chocolate 4 different ways. Those ways being instant hot chocolate, single serving easy hot chocolate, Italian hot chocolate, and a spicy boi Mexican hot chocolate.
