Makes: 6 servings
WHAT YOU’LL NEED:
20 small, packaged ladyfinger biscuits
3 egg yolks
1 cup / 200g powdered sugar
⅔ cup / 150g softened mascarpone cheese
¾ cup / 150g heavy cream, whipped (room temperature)
⅖ cup / 100ml coffee (room temperature)
⅖ cup / 100ml Kahlúa coffee liqueur
1½ ounces / 40g semi-sweet chocolate (35% - 65% cocoa), chopped fine
2 tablespoons unsweetened cocoa powder
HOW TO MAKE IT:
'1. Kahlúa mixture: In a wide shallow bowl, stir coffee and Kahlúa and
set aside.
2.Cream mixture: In an another bowl, beat egg yolks with powdered sugar until smooth and thick. Beat in mascarpone and fold in whipped cream with a splash of Kahlúa.
3. Chocolate and cacao mixture: In a third bowl, combine chopped chocolate and cocoa powder.
4. Place cream mixture in a deep tray to have a thin layer on the bottom.
5. Dip 10 ladyfingers into Kahlúa mixture and place them on top of cream mixture neatly.
6. Top it with more of the cream mixture and sprinkle with half of the chocolate and cacao mixture. Arrange remaining lady fingers (dipped into Kahlúa mixture) over chocolate.
7. Top your dessert with the remaining cream mixture.
8. Smooth top, sprinkle with remaining chocolate & cacao mixture.
9. Cover and chill overnight before serving.

Nescafe Cake Recipe - How to make NO BAKE Nescafe cake easy recipe with few ingredients.
This Highly addicting Nescafe cake is super easy to make with very few ingredients. dip tea biscuits in instant coffee for that delicious coffee flavor and topped with cocoa powder. This cake tastes better when its refrigerated longer. refrigerate for at least 3-4 hours.
Tips:
- Cream Cheese need to be at room temperature otherwise you will have lumps of cream cheese in your cake
- Table cream or Qeshta needs to be stored in the fridge at least an hour before use.
